Perhaps better asked is what founded the US state of Maine. Main became a state in 1820 as part of the Missouri Compromise of 1820. To keep the balance between slave and free states, the Compromise added Missouri as a slave state and part of Massachusetts was made into Maine. Perhaps it can be said that Henry Clay from Kentucky "founded" Maine as he was the main force behind the Compromise.

The scheduling function depend on the planning function because of the time table needed to finish the project, an overall window of when the project must be completed. But the planning need to be established first, a plan or network diagram that graphically portray those activities in the appropriate interdependent sequence,which will accomplish the project work scope. Depends on your Toefl score. The Verbal score is really low, but the fact that you topped out on the Quantitative section proves your ability. I think, for most fields of study, they would overlook your low verbal score, unless you are a native English speaker or you are looking into a field that requires high acuity of the English language.

"Mourning" is the right term for the time is takes to get over things. There is no "rule" on how long it takes to get over ANYthing. However, if you have trouble moving on with your life after, say, a couple of months, you might want to seek a therapist or counselor. "Closure" is an odd word. If you mean "peace," then yes, we always need some sort of peace. If you mean a kind of amnesia, you shouldn't expect that. Closure takes on a number of forms: 1) learning to enjoy your own company, 2) finding joy in accomplishment, 3) learning to trust people again, 4) trusting God. I wish you happiness.
