What is the daily life like in MIT?
There is quite a bit of work. The problem sets are usually designed to make you think, so looking up formulas in the book blindly is not helpful.
You usually have a few hours of lecture a day. How you fill the rest is up to you. There are many sports/clubs/things to do, it varies.
The UROP program is great in that it allows undergrads to very easily get research positions at amazing labs, and get paid for it.
Occasionally you get to sleep.
The bottom line is that MIT gives you no shortage of rope to hang yourself with - you have many options in how to occupy your time.

The average GPA of MIT students is roughly 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. MIT doesn't release grade statistics about its students (no class rank, etc.) so I don't think more accurate information is available.

Will a 1910 SAT score get you into MIT?
There is no minimum score. They use a holistic process and evaluate your entire application.
however, the 25-75 percentiles for each section are as follows:
Reading: 680-770
Math: 750-800
Writing: 680-780
These are some pretty high numbers, so obviously higher scores yield better results. However, even a 2400 will not ensure admission. The acceptance rate is 10.1%, and many applicants with 2300+ SATs get rejected each year. MIT wants more than just numbers; they want actual people that will contribute to the school's community and beyond.

Who founded the state of Maine?
Perhaps better asked is what founded the US state of Maine. Main became a state in 1820 as part of the Missouri Compromise of 1820. To keep the balance between slave and free states, the Compromise added Missouri as a slave state and part of Massachusetts was made into Maine. Perhaps it can be said that Henry Clay from Kentucky "founded" Maine as he was the main force behind the Compromise.
Why does the scheduling function depend on the planning function?
The scheduling function depend on the planning function because of the time table needed to finish the project, an overall window of when the project must be completed. But the planning need to be established first, a plan or network diagram that graphically portray those activities in the appropriate interdependent sequence, which will accomplish the project work scope. (Gido & Clements, Successful Project Management, 2009, 2006, Scheduling, p. 156. para. 3,5). For example: I have decided to bake a birthday cake for my grandson in three days. I first need to plan what kind of cake I wish to bake, have I all the necessary ingredients to get started? How long will it take me to finish the whole process before the time of the party? After gathering all my ingredients, I need to know the time it takes to bake, how long for cooling needed before decorating the cake, and the time frame in which I need to start in order to have it all done in adequate time before the party. Depends on your Toefl score. The Verbal score is really low, but the fact that you topped out on the Quantitative section proves your ability. I think, for most fields of study, they would overlook your low verbal score, unless you are a native English speaker or you are looking into a field that requires high acuity of the English language.
