Can mild period like cramping for 10 days mean that you have conceived this month?
Ovulation causes cramping sometimes. Many women do not feel this sensation. I can always tell when I have ovulated or am ovulating. My doctor always asks me if I have noticed any pain before he does my sonogram to see if I am ovulating. I have been amazingly accurate. It depends on the size of your folllicular cyst which releases the egg. Some months it is quite painful and I am sore for a few days. But, it is not abnormal.
Can you be pregnant if your period was 2 weeks late and not bleeding as much as normal?
No, would be the simple answer. If you are having your period, you are not pregnant, having an irregular period is usual and happens quite often especially if you're younger. Once you start menstruating it will take a couple years before your periods are completely regular, but do the safe thing and use protection so every missed period isn't a scare, no one wants to be having sex thinking of whether or not they are getting pregnant, it's distracting and takes away from the experience. -hope this helps.

Is it possible to experience a delay in your menstrual cycle after going off of birth control?
Yes, your menstrual cycles will be irregular at first.
Hormonal birth control works by suppressing your menstrual cycles so that you no longer ovulate, you also no longer menstruate while on hormonal birth control - the bleeding you experience is a withdrawal bleed, for example on the combination pill you get a withdrawal bleed as a result of the drop in synthetic hormones when going from active to inactive pills.
Once you stop taking hormonal birth control your body has to reestablish it's normal hormonal balance and menstrual cycles - this can take up to twelve months, although you should see your period within three months. Remember that menstruation won't follow the same pattern of withdrawal bleeds, also remember that you may get pregnant when not on birth control.
Why are you extremely sleepy and lethargic before your menstrual cycle?
