ah I've had this problem before. it's a lot of guessing and a bit of math. first, try to remember whether your last period was at the beginning, middle, or end of the month. grab a calendar, pick a day within that that feels about right-ish. then count past that day (and maybe again past a few days before and after it, just cuz it feels better having more than one number)...depending on your cycle. I'm always at least a week late, so i counted the average 28 and added a week. it probably won't be 100% but it's the best you can do.
