You can't. CD-R is a read-only medium.
Some software will allow you to create a multi-session disk. This is generally only used for data discs though, not for music. With a multi-session disk you can burn multiple times, but you cannot write over any existing data. So, you still only get a total 700MB of data, but you don't have to write it all at once.

What is meant by hashing of a file?
Hashing a file is retrieving its unique hash. Any file is different and they all have other hashes. You can compare hashes with the fingerprint of a human. These hashes serve for many purposes.
Virustotal.com for example, uses hashes to identify files which have already been scanned before. Many distributors of huge files (such as game clients or operating systems such as Ubuntu) often show the MD5 hash of the file. Nowadays in emails the term "cc" is still used, but simply to notify others of who is being copied or also receiving the message.
Bcc stands for Blind carbon copy and if you send an email to person 1 and then send a blind copy to person 2 then person 1 wont know that you sent the copy to person 2.
