A person your height will find the bike a bit on the tall side especially since you are talking the yz as they were the taller of the known brand 2 stroke 125cc bikes. The suspension can be adjusted to make the bike lower and trimming the foam seat also lowers the bike. If racing you would need starting blocks.

Well, the ktm 105 sx is a juniour racing bike that goes in the "85 cc class", they have designed the 105 sx to have just that extra power to beat the 85 sx in its class. The 144 sx is pretty much the same consept as the 105 but it is in the 250 f and 125 cc class, they have a full size frame and again more kick in the top end to get you going. But personally, i think the "better" bike is the 125sx, i have one my self and it has just the right amount of power in the top and bottom end. they are also more common, so theres no trouble with parts in your local mx shop.

No. I have a 100cc kx 100 2 stroke and i can race 450's and beat them. 2 strokes are faster off of the starting line and in a straight away race, but after maybe a mile 1/2 the 4 stroke will win

How can you make a Raptor 660 faster?
Put a new pipe on it, a good high flow filter with a pre filter. Run no air box lid and have it jetted (assuming it is not EFI). You could also change your gearing. If you add teeth to the front and/or put a smaller sprocket on the back you will have more top end.
