Can you view pictures in the notes section on an iPod Nano?
I can see the links in the text file, and i can see the jpeg files in the notes folder, but when I click the file it only displays 3 symbols something like Øÿà I have made a picture on good old paint to show you what I mean. How do you get through your Ipod touch that has been locked by a password?
If your iPod touch is locked by a 4-digit passcode, the only way to get past it is to force the unit into restore mode by doing the following:
1. Start iTunes and Plug the iPod touch in to your computer via the sync cable. This could be firewire and/or USB.
2. Hold the sleep/wake button(the button at the top) and the menu button(round button at the bottom) down at the same time. Keep them both pressed until you see the 'restore' screen (an iPod cable and an iTunes disc symbol) on the iPod touch. If the ipod turns off or shows the "Slide to power down", just wait and try again. It takes about 10 seconds. Once the restore screen shows, Release the buttons.
3. Windows should quickly "install driver software" for a few seconds. iTunes should now display the iPod touch, along with a message that the iPod touch is in recovery mode. Click the RESTORE button in iTunes to restore the iPod touch.
Please note that doing this will erase the contents of the iPod touch -- that's how the system is designed to work: a passcode lock is meant to protect the data on the iPod.

Okay there are two ways to download free songs onto your ipod.
1. (FOR #1 YOU MUST HAVE AN IPHONE) Okay, more recent iphones come with the app called "VoiceMemos." If you don't have it, you can get it for free at the app store. So, go to youtube and search for t'e song you want on your ipod. Use voicememos to record the audio. (make sure it is super quiet to get a good recording.) Once the song is finished, stop recording and listen to the recording to make sure it is loud enough, good quality, full, etc. Then, plug your iphone into your computer, and let it sync. Once it is done syncing, look in your library for something that looks like a date and a time. (e.g. 2/1/10, 4:49 PM) Then right click on it and press "Get Info." Then, click on the tab that says "info" and rename your song instead of a date and a time to its actual name. If you know them, you may also put in the artist, the album, the genre, etc. Press ok and you have a free song on your ipod!
