I think the meaning of "If Everyone Cared" by Nickelback is that if we all came together to work towards something very important, we could get there. Also, since one of the lyrics is "....if everyone shared and swallowed their pride, then we'd see the day when nobody died..." it may mean we should all become more humble. That would bring better days for all. "....If everyone shared...." may be to mean that we should stop calling land "ours" and share with everyone without ownerships. This is my interpretation of the song, but it may mean other things to other people, and Nickelback themselves may have a different view on the song. As once said, "With great art, the interpretations are endless."

"He was involved in Theory of a Deadman for a while." sorry to tell you, but no he wasnt. he signed theory of a deadman to his record label... he has written for theory of a deadman and a few other bands/artists too but in terms of other bands chad has been in nickelback since 1994 and its the only famous band that he has been a full member of. he has featured with some other bands and artists; such as Santana and My Darkest Days. Before nickelback he was in a cover/tribute band with pretty much the original members of nickelback.
