Yes, North Carolina State University has dormitories. They have 20 residence halls as well as 4 on-campus apartment complexes, although you must be a Sophomore or above to live in the apartments. There are also many off campus apartment complexes nearby that are not directly affiliated with the University.

Nobody really knows when it was very first built, but it was re-constructed on the 23rd of April 2003. As at first it was believed the school wasn't strong enough to keep no more than 156 kids and that was the highest amount. So they brought in builders to re-construct the building and paid them £25 million. The school now is worth £25 million.
