In the original format, there can be two or three speakers on each side. In the modified Or-Ox format, there are already 4 speakers on each side, the 4th one being the rebuttal speaker. What really sets off this type of debate from parliamentary type of debate is the interpellation or cross examination at the end of each constructive speech.
