Red Magic includes Love, Sex, Intimacy spells. You may use Red or Pink candles, Red or Pink ribbons, Rose or Lavender incense, Honey, Roses etc...
Answer one: No, not all of them.
Answer two: Paganism is an umbrella term for a collection of beliefs and spiritual pathways rooted in an affinity with nature and the natural cycle. Just like anyone else, Pagans are individuals, with different tastes, beliefs, and spiritual practices. Some do practice Witchcraft in one way or another, while others do not.
What would you use vesta powder for?
Vesta is a goddess of the hearth and home. I have called on her for house blessing and/or protection spells. I also call her at Bealtain when I reset my hearth.
Which line best express a pagan point of view toward life?
In my opinion I would say the Principles of Belief as set by the Council of American Witches best answers your question
1. We practice rites to attune ourselves with the natural rhythm of life forces marked by the phases of the Moon, and the seasonal Quarters and Cross Quarters.
2. We recognize that our intelligence gives us a unique responsibility towards our environment. We seek to live in harmony with Nature, in ecological balance offering fulfillment to life and consciousness within an evolutionary concept.
3. We acknowledge a depth of power far greater than that apparent to the average person. Because it is far greater than ordinary it is sometimes called "supernatural", but we see it as lying within that which is naturally potential to all.
4. We conceive of the Creative Power of the universe, as manifested through polarity--as masculine and feminine--and that this same Creative Power lies in all people, and functions through the interaction of masculine and feminine. We value neither above the other, knowing each to be supportive to the other. We value sex as pleasure, as the symbol and embodiment of life, and as one of the sources of energies used in magickal practice and worship.
5. We recognize both outer worlds and inner, or psychological, worlds sometimes known as the Spiritual World, the Collective Unconscious, Inner Planes etc--and we see in the interaction of these two dimensions the basis for paranormal phenomena and magickal exercises. We neglect neither dimension for the other, seeing both as necessary for our fulfillment.
6. We do NOT recognize any authoritarian hierarchy, but do honor those who teach, respect those who share their great knowledge and wisdom, and acknowledge those who have courageously given of themselves in leadership.
7. We see religion, magick, and wisdom in living as being united in the way one views the world and lives within it--a world view and philosophy of life which we identify as Witchcraft--The Wiccan Way.
8. Calling oneself a Witch does not make a Witch--but neither does heredity itself, nor the collecting of titles, degrees, and initiations. A Witch seeks to control the forces within him/herself that make life possible in order to live wisely and well without harm to others and in harmony with Nature.
9. We believe in the affirmation and fulfillment of life in a continuation of evolution and development of consciousness giving meaning to the Universe we know and our personal role within it.
10. Our only animosity towards Christianity or towards any other religion or philosophy of life, is to the extent that its institutions have claimed to be "the only way" and have sought to deny freedom to others and to suppress other ways of religious practice and belief.
No. In ancient Hebrew, "el" is the equivalent of the English word "god." It is often used when the text refers to YHWH, as in El Shaddai, "God Almighty" as well as when referring to pagan deities, such as Ba-El.
You can start with three half circles and keep practising. It takes a bit of getting used to.

Is defensive magic allowed not wiccan or pagan or any other unholy group magic?
Magic or magick, whether performed intentionally or not is a subject that man has struggled with for centuries. In the beginning everything unexplained was "magical" in some form or another. The trick question is really, does it exist? And if it does - how do we benefit from it without suffering the consequences?
The Bible is very clear on this subject: Do not get mixed up in stuff you do not understand. Maybe this message was meant for the people of the time... Think about it - What would Paul have said if you flipped a switch and lights came on everywhere?
A little weird, yes. Today our scientists want to explain everything. Which is really amazing, because we learn so much more of God's creation that way - even smashing molecules into each other is nothing for us with our relatively new large hadron collider... god particles (Thanks Dan!) included...
Mankind has always been looking for something "out there" to give our existence meaning. We cannot just accept that we exist because we do...or because we please God...
Back to the question - Is defensive magic offensive in any way?
Yes - it is - on the one hand.
IF you believe in forces out there you will be found by them. The more you believe the more accurately they'll hone in on you. The power of belief is something not even scientists can explain. If we take the theory of quantum entanglement for example:
This comes down to "we are all connected" and "part of one whole". If that is true we are all part of St. Theresa, God and Hitler and my pet guppy at the same time. Every one of us is then responsible for the genocides accross the ages and every one of us is part of every miracle - based on our interconnected nature, on a molecular, energy or wavelength level.
The straight answer is this:
If you were foolish enough to play with fire - protect yourself by all means possible. Delving into the occult and looking deeper into the abyss is frought with dangers. They DO look back - whether you see them or not. Want proof? Read the book of Daniel and the book of Revelations - God has seven spirits in front of His throne in heaven; Jesus exorcised a legion of demons from one man; Lucifer exists and he has quite the army to assist him in his short time to gather as many of our fragile souls as he possibly can... steer clear of dabbling in the "Craft" the "Arts" etc. You are inadvertendly opening doors into a world you do not want to know exists.
I asked this question once - and was answered all too loudly.
The only defensive spell against evil... is prayer to God. The only one there is. I am not a "Bible Basher" and do not even attend church. Today's churches are the festering gatherings of the unclean who wish to be perceived as saved, holy or to deceive themselves into believing their own deceptions.
There is a God. I am alive because He is alive. He knows who I am - personally. He knows you and right now as you read this... defy your doubt to prove me wrong!
God is Almighty and if you want to see magic - look at the universe, the earth, the stars at night, a baby growing inside a mother's womb - the tears of a loved one as another is buried - magic is all around us as we survive day in and day out. We do not need the occult to tell us this. We need not focus on the bad to see the good -
Without darkness we would not know of the light - without light there would not be shadow. All you need to know is that God surounds you 24-7; 365. You are His child and if you are a parent you know what that means... if you are a child you know what that means. We live by His Grace and we need not fear anything as long as He is our shield.
If you think this is a lot of nonsense - it will be. But I have seen the other side and it ain't pretty - the only thing that saves me every day - is my conversations with God and His Son, and allowing only ONE Spirit to enter my being and my thoughts and that is the Holy Ghost!
Peace be with you,
PS: What you believe becomes your reality... I found this site by accident while marking papers for seventh graders...I am glad to be alive and I hope you have some kind of answer. There really isn't a definite one - you decide in the end.
How can a female Christian deal with witchcraft in her husband's family?
A person who practices witchcraft is not necessarily harmful. A Neopagan could get frustrated if you try to "save" them or convert them to your religion. Neopagans do not believe in an evil entity called the Devil, and they do not believe that there is only one true path. Get friendly with them, and share your ideas. You don't have to express that you are interested in their path or practices. They will tell you about their beliefs only if you ask. When you say witchcraft, it is an umbrella term. There are so many forms of witchcraft. Often the word witchcraft is used to mean magic. Some people use magic for evil or selfish purposes, while others use it to better people's lives. Witchcraft can also designate a religion. Wicca, which is a modern version of ancient Pagan beliefs and magical practices, teaches "harm none" as its first law. Ancient types of Paganism and witchcraft are also practiced as local religions by indigenous people in many areas of the world. In many traditions of witchcraft, nature is considered divine. It is also a common belief of Witches that their inner power or spiritual energy can effect changes in the material world. You really don't have to be afraid of the Witches in your husband's family. You may want to be careful when making first contact with them and their practices, because you don't know yet which form of witchcraft they practice and why they do so. Conservative Christians, who believe the Bible, consider all witchcraft to be a problem. There is instruction in Scriptures about the earth, life thereon, and the universe, which are not considered "divine," but created by God. God also forbids in His Word for believers to contact spirits and to practice soothsaying and divination. To do so is a rejection of God's commandment, and would be considered dishonoring to God. It is God who determines future events, and He desires believers to trust Him to help them. With that said, the Bible tells believers: "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers." 1 Corinthians 6:14. A true Christian should not marry an unbeliever. The same yoke problem is true about business partners: they will be pulling in two opposite directions.
Yet when this happens, for whatever reason, there is specific instruction in 1 Peter 3:1-6: Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word [of God], they also may without the word [the wife's] be won by the conversation [or behavior] of the wives; While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.
This is special instruction to wives as to wisely influencing their husbands. Quietness is much better than a bunch of words, which can be construed as nagging. A pure and godly life can have a great effect that will tug at the husband's heart. Jewelry and makeup are OK in moderation, but the pureness of heart, which doesn't allow worldly corruption is much more influential. A patient, gentle, quiet spirit, which demonstrates inner godliness and strength, is a pearl "in the sight of God of great price."
The Bible speaks that on normal grounds, husbands and wives are to submit to each other. See Ephesians 5:21-33. Yet there is a unique submission, which Peter mentions, of a wife to a husband, that can be a building block to a better relation. Husbands are to love their wives sacrificially (Ephesians 5:25), but a wife who submits to all reasonable requests of her, even disobedient husband, can make such an impact that he will want to change. Godly, loving care from a wife is hard to resist, and has potential of a closer loving relationship in the marriage.
That strength is the best way to confront opposing forces impinging upon the Christian woman's marriage.
Some people think that there are certain things, which can make a guy or a girl sexually excited. But there are no proof that they work, so actually i'd say the answer is no. Love spells do work, however not the way you think. Please check out the link below

What is the difference between occasional rituals and calendrical rituals?
This depends on the religion you are asking about. In Catholicism and other Christian faiths there are a certain collection of rites that are carried out on specific days of the churches liturgical year. For example at Easter the blessing of the font, the Blessing of the Pashcal Candle, the blessing of the new fire. In judaism it would be passover, rosh chodesh, yom kippur etc. These ceremonies always occur on a certain day of the liturgical year. Occaisonal rituals occur when certain events take place. An example of this is a woman gives birth to a child, and undergoes "Churching" (something which happens very infrequently these days, or someone is sick and dying, the priest is called and the last rites are administered. These rites are administered on the occasion rather than on a certain day and date.
What is the opposite gender of farmer?

How did pagan customs mix with the true gospel?
It came, naturally, with the inclusion of the pagan Gentiles into God's plan of Salvation; with their pre-learned and pre-taught gods, customs, traditions and practices that they brought in with them.
Paul fought against these insinuating perversions during his entire ministry to the Gentile churches.
"So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter." (II Thess.2:15 NIV)
Yet, with Paul's death... in the absence of his efforts to deter and hold these things back... the heathen customs and traditions of the Gentiles were afforded greater access into future "apostate" generations of the churches.
"...For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of His mouth and destroy by the Splendor of His coming." (verses 7-8)
Why are witches sexualy attracted to you?
Witches are people, too. They can be straight or gay or bisexual- or they might not have a sexual orientation, too. In any case, just because someone's a witch doesn't mean they're dying to get you in bed.
Yes.
She was a devout member of the orgiastic snake-worshiping cult of Dionysus, and may have slept with snakes.

Are dragons considered as gods?
Dragons are said to be beings of magic. Their entire being is magic and to call upon the power and magic of a dragon is to call all the elements and beyond all at once. The fire of life and magic, the water which is the blood of this world, the earth of the body and container of magic and the air through which ripples water. The order and chaos which binds and unbinds the magic which flows through all their being. A person does not draw energy from them, they form a bond with the dragon who has chosen to come to them and then the dragon adds its own magick to yours to strengthen the spell There are different types of dragons, most belong to an element but some are just gate guardians.

The barnishing ritual of the pentagram?
The pentagram, a five pointed star (not to be confused with the Jewish Star of David) represents the 5 elements. Yes, five. The top point represents Spirit. Going clockwise, Air, Earth, Fire & Water. The pentagram is drawn with a single interwoven line. A pentacle is a pentagram with a circle drawn around it. The meanings of this vary. To me, it symbolizes the need for balance in your life and how your actions resonate in the world. You cannot live your life without any of these elements. The pentagram has been used for thousands of years as a form of protection from evil. Yes, protection FROM. It is only until recently that the meaning has been twisted to scare people and make movie money. Even the Church, long ago used the pentagram in the Middle Ages. Pentagrams have been found by archeologists dating back to 3500 B.C.E. Early Christians saw the pentagram as the five wounds of Christ. Knights wore the pentagram in the Middle Ages to symbolize chastity, chivalry, courtesy, generosity, and piety. A police officers star is a pentagram. Knights of Columbus - pentagram. The countries Ethiopia and Morrocco use the pentagram on their flag. Many pagans choose to wear one, some don't. As in every religion it is a preference. There are those who wear huge bling pentagrams with studs and skulls just because it was on sale at Spencers, there are those who wear their protection on their hearts. Some are adorned with stones that are special to the wearer. Some have the crescent moon on either side to show the aspects of the Goddess. All are beautiful in their own way.
Is Easter a pagan holiday named for the moon goddess ester?
Sort of: Ester is itself a corruption of the Sumerian Goddess Ishtar, who did have a feast day that corresponds to the same lunar cycle used by the Church to establish the date for Easter.
