What happens if a convicted felon violated his parole but did not get caught until after parole ended although it can be proved it occurred during parole period?

This sounds like a law school question. What if . . . . . ??????

If the felon VOP'd then he violated the stated provisions of his parole and he failed to successfully complete his sentence. Depending on HOW and WHAT they did to cause the VOP, he can be remanded to prison to serve the remainder of the sentence behind bars.

If the VOP they committed amounted to a criminal offense - they can be prosecuted seperately for THAT offense as well, and the sentence for THAT offense can be added to the un-served time of the paroled sentence.

What are your rights for parole hearings and their decisions?

As an incarcerated felon, you have few rights. By DOC policy, you may have the right to a hearing of the facts within thirty days of being violated. By common law you have the right to petition for release if the limitation for hearing has passed without a hearing. provided the violation is not a new charge (PV New Bit), you may be released if the time limit has passed and there has been no hearing.

Other than that, your options are very limited. As mentioned, you are an incarcerated felon even on parole. The conditions of your incarceration is the only thing that has changed.

How were convicts treated after their release from prison in the Victoria Era of England?

To answer your question, you may want to research Australian history. I know that at one point this is how Australia became populated. People who were criminals, vagabonds, etc. were sent to Australia as a way of purifying the country (England). So if you google Australian history this may give u some of the answers you are asking for. These criminals, etc almost completely annihilated the native aboriginal population. So you may want to also research aboriginal history because it can be found there too.

If someone is paroled at your home how does it affect you and your home?

The same as it would if that person was not paroled, with the exception that the person is subject to random visits by his parole agent. Additionally, if the parolee is not living right, you could have the additional unwelcome attention of law enforcement. Otherwise, there should be no difference at all.

Arrested for stealing while on probation for stealing?

Well, legally you should be returned to jail or prison immediately, to complete your original sentence while you receive due process for the theft for which you were caught. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen often enough. Too many scofflaws skate through the court process never learning to take responsibility for their own actions until they are finally locked up for good. That is the true consequence.
