Can a parole officer lock you up if you disobey a order that's not even written on your parole terms such not going to go community service?

Yes, a PO can return you to incarceration for disobeying his directives. The PO has full direct supervision of the parolee. As such the parolee is required to do what he is told, when he is told, how he is told--much like while the parolee was a prison inmate. Legally, there is no difference between actual incarceration and parole. Parole is just a change of venue.

Can you travel abroad while on probation if you a legal resident?

ok I am going to add to this answer because i freaked out a few times in the last 12 months when i did this and read all these useless post commented on by people with zero experience with it. I have been on supervised probation for the past two years and it just ended last week, while on probation i went to cancun mexico without permission from my probation officer on two occasions, traveled domestically using airplanes dozens of times without permission and even asked for permission to go to rome italy and got denied, went anyway and had no problem, bottom line, as long as you schedule your trip around your monthly meeting, make your payments, and dont draw attention to yourself while overseas you will get away with it. probation offciers are state employees, not FBI agents, they dont have access to tsa records and even if they wanted them they would need to know the name of the airline the fight number etc to check if you traveled, passport records are not available to them at all. the only time they will know is if your license gets run by a cop in another state or u are arrested. behave and enjoy your trip!

To reassure your nerves a little bit more, the time i was denied to go to rome, my departure flight was direct from boston to rome and coming back i had to connect to get back to boston at jfk (the most secure airport in the usa) and got through customs without any issue, they wont know your on probation either

Why is there an ex felon?

Ex-felon is a widely misused term. Unless you've been acquitted of a crime you'd been previously convicted of, you're not an ex-felon - ex-convict, perhaps, once you're no longer state property, but still a felon.

Can your parole officer find out if you were arrested for a misdemeanorand if so how long after your arrest would he be notified this is nys?

In this day and age virtually ALL criminal and arrest records are computerized - AND - since your parole officer is part of the criminal justioce system, he has access to all this information. If the arresting agency doesn't notify him specifically, all he would have to do is run a routine records check on you to find it.

What are Normal probation stipulations?

I have approximately 15 years experience as counselor/case manager in the juvenile justice system. Prior to release, the probation officer and I would agree that the following are appropriate request:

Education (GED) and/or Vocational training

Curfew

Random drug screenings

Employment

Any additional stipulations would be on a case by case basis, depending on charges.

Can you be emanicpated at 16 when you live in Texas and you are also on parole?

If you are currently on parole, you cannot be emancipated at any age. Parole is a conditional form of release; you are still under the jurisdiction of the DOC. When you were first sentenced and placed in the custody of the DOC you became a ward of the state. You will not be emancipated until you are released from parole.

You were convicted of a non-gun related no violent felony and have completed probation and paid your fines Can you own or possess a firearm in Arizona?

The Federal law has an absolute prohibition of felons owning or even handling firearms

According to Arizona law, you must have your felony conviction expunged, or set aside, in the jurisdiction you were convicted in. Once this is completed, you must petition to the court, a minimum of two years after the fines are paid, to restore your gun rights.

If you possess a firearm without doing this, you will be charged with a felony.
