Hers is a two stroke and the only oil I change is the gear box.

1) When you run out of fuel and need to get back to a dock.

2) When you have a fuel flow problem and suspect the pickup or fuel selector might be clogged and need to get back to a dock.

The jet ski will not go in the direction you are steering as it is powered by thrust and not a rudder. It will slow down and will become un-steerable.

Disconnect the input side of the "fuel water separator" (Fuel filter) take that hose and connect it to another long 1/4 inch hose with a primer bulb on the other end. Get the primer bulb lower than the gas tank of the jetski and start the flow by squeezing the bulb. Make sure you have the jetski gas selector in the "RES" position to get as much out as possible. Once it starts flowing gravity should do the rest. It's not fast but it works.

I use maxima castor 927 In both my 650 stand up and my x-2 at 32:1 never had a problem with it.

Their is a "jump start" connector under the hood. Near pass shock tower, near belts. You have to open the plastic cover labeled "jumpstart". Hook negative up to bolt on motor mount.

Start "live" vehicle

Connect + cable from "live" vehicle to + battery terminal on "dead" vehicle

Connect - cable from "live" vehicle to good engine ground on "dead" vehile

Let vehicles sit for about 5 minutes allowing "live" to charge "dead"

If yours is like my 98, and the battery is under the backseat, there is a little black box on the top of the wheel well inside the engine compartment on the left side. It has a + sign on it. Flip up the plastic lid. This is the positive terminal. Hook up the negative to the engine or frame for a ground. This is how you jump it, or put a boost pack on it to start the car. I have been told, never to boost another car with this method. It will damage the battery and/or car. Only boost another car with a Riviera by hooking up directly to the battery. You will need long cables. LOL

Well first it should be about 90-95 Hp for that model. Also depending if its stock or not. Id say a well running stock ski will run about 45-55

I believe you mean "Reserve", which is usually a fuel pickup located lower in the tank, to give you some extra gas in the event that you run out in the normal position.
