As people age they tend to have less time or choose to not participate in sports activities. There is als a pressure to act your age which is a total cop out...weight gain and muscle loss start. My suggestion get in great shape, practice a sport you like for about a year and join a team. Those that stay active continously can still compete with the 18 year olds...I'm 47 but look 30 and compete in a hockey league with 20 year olds. Maybe I'm extreme though so other ideas are tennis, cycling, basketball and swimming. Badmitten and ping pong or quite fun and ther is always bowling u can do that until u r really old
