Some fruit's are wetter than others, so this can be a real problem. Different varieties pf apples will be wetter than others.

But here is another trick. Before you add the fruit, brush the lower crust with an egg white that has been beaten with a teaspoon of water. It will help keep it from getting as soggy. You can brush the top crust with the remaining egg white mixture, to give it a glossy look. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on top while you are at it.
And make sure you have baked it long enough. Humidity also plays a part in how wet the pie may be.
