First of coarse check the oil and gas. If that's good then check if it has access to the gas (near the motor there will be a gold knob ( don't trust me on colour). Make sure it is set to on). If that right then check the choke (its the most common mistake. On near the motor i think under the seat is a black switch. Make sure that is switched to yes when u start. If it works then remember to turn the choke off when you are going to ride (first u gotta heat up the engine). If that doesn't work you may have to take it in. Hope this helped =)

A 50 cc mini Moto would be fine for kids, as long as they stay off of main streets. They are actually quite underpowered, and have no gears so kids should be fine on them.

There isn't one, you may have to disassemble the throttle and figure out how to rig one up. I'm going to try and do that now.

if u ride on private property than no u dont need one but i dont know about public. I think you just need to have permission on public property. If you havnt already check local laws.

This depends on the mini moto you have. A typical Chinese mini moto like a cag will go extremely slow at around 30 mph even though they claim 47 mph. A good quality Italian made one could go over 45 mph.

well there no age that's gonna say you can't drive this until your this age. If your riding on your own land, nobody can stop you. If you go out into the street and ride. Then your gonna start getting problems.

Mine, we ride on our drive way. its a paved curved driveway, so we never get problems.

Anybody can ride one. just be safe and wear the correct gear. As well if your going to ride on the street, watch out.

After you've gotten a lot of experience, no. But to start off with, it's pretty easy, but you need good balance. Start out on a small bike with not a lot of power. start in the first gear and go slow. When you're first starting, stay on terrain that you know. Don't ride alone. Be care full of the foot pegs! They're sharp. Give only a little gas, but enough to keep from falling over. Keep the bike in good condition, that will make it easier as well.

well whats the problem with it

I've got a small motorbike, (Mini Moto) which I have been experiencing problems with, The clutch is engaged when the bike is static. When I pull the rip-cord the back wheel moves with it and therefore makes it very hard to start. Even when I lift the back wheel off the ground and pull as hard as I can it still doesn't start. I've guessed that the throttle is stuck and I have tried to "Un-Stick" it but I'm getting no luck. What can I do.?

Well, I have used a mini off road bike for a few years and honestly, yes. But when they do break it is almost always an easy fix. I knew nothing about fixing things a few years ago and I still fixed it somehow. But it would depend on the model, condition, brand, and if you are buying a street bike or dirt bike.
