you go to surrounded sea. first to unlock it you have to talk to sunflora. and then..... voila it unlocks! then get the egg at the end of the dungeon and a Manaphy hatches from it! yay!!! then you unlock miracle sea because Manaphy is sick.... THEN AFTER THAT you recruit manaphy after the Darkrai mission AND THEN you can recruit the legendary pokemon: Zapdos,mewtwo(dark version only) Celebi(Time version only),Raikou,Entei,Lugia,Ho-oh,Latias,Latios,Deoxys,Darkrai(a DIFFERENT Darkrai) all with a special item called the Mystery Part/Secret Slab! HOORAY FOR LEGENDARY ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, there is a code, although I am not so sure about red rescue team for this one. Is all you have to do is press up + L to go up one floor, or just hold them to constantly go up floors. Now you won't just go up, the game will think that you are on the floor, so you really have to find the stairs after you choose what floor you want, and the stairs will add on to your chosen floor. So take your floor, and subtract 1 from it, then go to the stairs. The code for this is:

There is also a code for going down, but all it did to me was take me to Groudon while I was in meteor cave finding Deoxys. But there is a code that ends the dungeon. You just have to press L+R right when you press proceed on the stairs, then it will be over. That code is:

There may not be a wonder mail for mew, but you can find him in buried relic in floor 36 to 99(you must have the music box with you). Remember that mew can transform, if you see mew used transform! in your message place, look for any Pokemon and defeat it. You should get a friend bow. You can get a friend bow by Google or something. Mew is awesome and good luck! :)

There is no such thing. A shiny Charizard, is, ironically, black, so that may be what you're thinking of. A shiny Pokemon is a regular Pokemon, but are very rare and hard to find. They can appear any time you would normally find that Pokemon, but the chances are very slim. There is no difference between a shiny Pokemon and a normal one, but having one shows dedication to the game. To get one, get a FireRed, Leafgreen. Keep in mind that your Platinum game must be past the Elite 4 for this to work. Get to the point where Prof. Oak tells you to pick a starter Pokemon, then save your game. Select Charmander, then open the menu and take a look at it. Is it black? If not, turn off the power (NO SAVING!!!) and turn it back on again. Repeat until you find a black Charmander, then train it until it has become Charizard. It will keep its color throughout evolution. Have at least six Pokemon in your team, and transfer them all to Platinum via Pal Park. If you don't know how Pal Park works, there are plenty of guides across the internet that could probably help you. Go out and find your Charizard, throw a park ball at it (it won't fail), and congratulations, you have a shiny Charizard.

Please keep in mind that this can take several hours of resetting your game, so be patient!
