Among the positive actions fueling the 1950's economy was the GI Bill of Rights which had given returning World War II soldiers a chance for a free college degree or a low cost home loan. This created a more educated populace who were able to acquire top level jobs. There are many forms of pollution. However the most frequently discussed forms of pollution would be air pollution and water pollution. Air pollution occurs when air pollutants are released into the air, and therefore is airbourne. Water pollution is, as the name suggests, pollution of water. This can be further subdivided into sewage water, factory discharge and many others. So I am not entirely sure what you mean, if you could specify, that would be great! :)

Most likely Singapore, they ban smoking of tobacco and have only now recently allowed with special permission the chewing of gum. They are very strict with littering, so while it is nice and clean it is very strict.

Because you are going through a lot of changes and are making a major transition in life, from childhood to adolescence (being a teenager). Your body is growing and changing, and the way people treat you, and their expectations of you are also changing. Meanwhile, very potent chemicals called hormones are coursing through your bloodstream. These can affect your mood, make you feel jumpy, irritable, etc.

Putting air in your vein will form bubbles like putting air in water. However, bubbles in your vein have no where to go but toward your heart/lungs. There, they will circulate to other organs via the arteries. This condition is called air embolism. These bubbles can cause obstructions at some of the small arteries causing heart attacks, strokes, or other ischemic injuries to other organs.

The oil spill is the result of a well blowout and unfortunately, we still do not have all the answers as to why the well blew out. It was a known "gassy" reservoir of oil, so it could be explained, as some suggest, by a large bubble of methane gas rushing out of the drill pipe, igniting and exploding. The explosion in April 2010 killed 11 people working on the rig.

Because of the fire or the explosion, a wellhead was damaged, the drilling rig collapsed breaking the piping that connected the drill to the well approximately 5000 ft below sea level, which allowed oil to begin to flow directly into the ocean. The fail safes that are supposed to protect the environment and people in this type of situation failed, or were inadequate under the deep well conditions.

Halliburton had finished cementing in a production casing and abnormal pressures were detected in the marine riser. But until more information is revealed, the cause is still speculative. Many more details should be available after a full inquiry is made.

Trash and chemical dumping are two major culprits... BOTH human-caused.

ALOT of animals are endangered in the ocean.

Here are some of them: the Hawaiian monk seals, hawksbill turtles, steller sea lions, hammerhead sharks (along with ALOT of other shark species), the gulf of California harbor porpoise and the blue whale.

It is terrible that all of these wonderful animals have the risk of becoming extinct.

Well, when factories make pollution(smoke), it mixes in with the water cycle. So the smoke and water create acid rain. it can destroy limestone and trees. And Lakes are toxic to swim in. Or I think it can go in a puddle or pool of water and get evaporated. That also gets mixed in with the water cycle.
