How decisions are made about bargaining proposals,

Who does the bargaining.

Poverty usually starts in ones life by being born into it or if the person has some sort of disability where they cannot support themselves without another persons help. If it is neither of these it could be that the person simply cannot find a job that pays for the necessities of life.

The groups that are most affected by poverty is the Irish and African American.

There are some reasons behind high unemployment rate in Bangladesh. At first, Bangladesh is a country of 1.6 billion people, so it becomes impossible to give job to all people. Then there are a lot of uneducated people in our country who can't effort themselves to avail expected jobs. Still a lot of people of our country are engaged in agriculture but our agriculture side become affected every year for natural disasters. There are also some other reasons of high unemployment rate in the country. Still technical education does not get priority in the country, so people usually fails to get good jobs. There are also some other reasons like social prejudices which pull them to join in some particular jobs.

Money wasted on wars, space exploration, maitenance of a huge military branches. However, I wouldn't define poverty in the United States the same way as the poverty found in developing countries. Poor people in the US would be rich in developing countries. I think that poverty is not a proper term for those class of people. Perhaps lack of culture may be the cause of poverty for such people.

There are a number of poor countries in the world. The very poorest are all located in Africa. As of 2013, the five poorest countries include Liberia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi, Zimbabwe, and Eritrea.

Poverty line varies with place and time. This is because in rural areas, people suffer and are also less paid compared to that of people in urban areas. This was an example of poverty line, varying from place to place. Previously the economic income of a village or a state was very less compared to that of now. Poverty estimation should be done not only through the level of income and consumption but there shud be more in dicators like literacy level, job security, health care, self confidence, free from caste and gender discimination and no child labour.

For some, poverty is just a state of mind while for others, it is their actual state.
