To "see" anything your simply look. If you wish to know if you have pubic hair, simply pull down your trousers and underpants and take a look. If you can see any hairs close to the base of your penis it is safe to say that you have got pubic hair and if you can't see any then it seems safe to say that you haven't got any. If you wish to know how you can see if some other boy has pubic hairs you could try asking him. There is no other way of finding out other than spying on him, which is a bit creepy to say the least and also illegal.

It depends on where you are shaving. For females who want to shave underarm hair then they should do it as soon as they see it, if they want to shave their legs I would say around 11 or 12. For man who want to start shaving they can do it as soon as it is visible.

It all depends in the way your parents are e.g

if you father has brown curly hair and you mum has black straight hair you may get black curly hair. Or you could get straight brown hair. You could even have Blond hair, orange hair, etc. It just depends. You could get your color of hair from your grandma, aunt, or some other family member.
