Well there's no definite way to hide it completely... but if you wear pads/rapons and don't wear uber skinny clothes no one will be able to tell. Also if no one's seeing you without pants on you're probably good. Peoplt don't go looking to see if you're on your period so it's pretty basic how to conceal it. I have to asmit i do constantly worry about people knowing, but i find that it always feels like more than there actually is... (if you know what i mean lol).
