In today's world communication is very very important subject. As because of the growing MN C's and international Job's market need people who are very much effective with there communication skills. This is one of the reason's why the university should give proper communication training and we can say also why the students should learn communication skills these days.

An anecdote is a little story that is used as an example or to illustrate a point. Yes, it can be sad:

The way I role

Managerial skills are acquired thru ones experiences both work related and non-work related situations. The leadership traits, decision making, and delegation skills one demonstrates during those experiences is one way you can acquire managerial skills.

Like all animals we need a way to communicate. We do not have long ears nor tails to show emotions and wants, we were somehow born with the want and need for knowledge. As this is an instinct (to learn) that other animals do not have (besides apes and monkeys) we have developed an advanced way of communication to support our knowledge. Now why is communicating so important? Imagine if an infant had no way to tell its mother it did not feel well or that it was hungry? Wouldn't the infant surely die? Or if we could not tell others what is wrong, then surely we would have to suffer.

Inter in group communications is the communication between one group and another. Intra in group communications is communication between the members of a particular group.
