no
In my knowing, you can breed them, but it could be dangerous, as dutch's are larger than dwarfs, and they would turn out rather different, but in truth, it isn't impossable!
Another view: Yes, it's very possible, IF you know what you're doing. I have bred dutch rabbits to dwarves before.

Can newborn rabbits live in the winter?
Wild rabbits generally know when it's safe to have their babies. If wild rabbits are having babies in the winter, that probably means they're surviving; if they aren't having babies in the winter, that probably means they wouldn't survive if they did.
Pet rabbits need to be kept safe and warm. They especially need to be kept dry, with good shelter from rain and snow. If the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit (or 10 Celsius), they need a shelter that keeps them warm. See the question below about temperature for details.
In colder weather, rabbits use more energy, and because breeding takes a lot of energy too, winter isn't a good time to breed your rabbits. If you have baby rabbits in the winter, bring them inside with the nursing mom. See the related link below for more info.

What happen to the mother if the baby dies in the mother stomach?
This is usually not an immediate health risk to the mother, and typically labor will begin spontaneously within two weeks or so.
If the mother doesn't want to wait, or if labor hasn't started within two weeks, doctors can induce labor to expel the dead fetus. (Doctors don't like to wait much longer than that because after two weeks there's a risk the mother will develop blood clotting problems.)
When does an mom rabbit feed her babies?
She feeds them milk for the first 6 to 8 weeks and teaches them to eat solid food by them watching her eat.
Rabbit mothers nurse their babies for approximately 5 minutes a day. They will be in the nest or nest box early in the morning and then again in the evening. The milk is very rich and the babies "fill up" to capacity within minutes. Mother rabbits do not "sit" on the babies to keep them warm as do some mammals and birds. They build a nest with fur and grasses which helps to keep the babies warm in between feedings.

Yes, a rabbit can build a nest without being pregnant. Usually false pregnancies cause this, where the doe believes she is pregnant and the body goes through the motions of pregnancy (i.e. eats more, builds a nest, can become aggressive, etc.).
You may also notice a very crude version of a nest by either bucks or does during a heavy molt. If the rabbit sleeps in one spot and already has a "bed" made, while the fur is being molted out it can get caught within the bed and look like a very crude nest. *Note: This is not actually a rabbit making a nest, but can be mistaken as such*

Well I was told told 6 months but i know that's not true as my female rabbit gave birth unexpectedly at just over 4 months old so she must have got pregnant at just over 3 months old, so i would definitely keep males and females apart from each other before they reach 3 months in future, as its not recommended for them to have babies this young.
A little time that they have access to a boy bunny.
