Baby rabbits should not eat fresh veg or fruit yet, their digestive system can't cope and it could even kill them. A weaned rabbit should be on unlimited hay (alfafa is ok for growing babies, but it's too high in calcium for adults), unlimited water and junior rabbit pellets (not free fed!). Veges can be introduced very slowly from 12 weeks, a tiny bit at a time.

All mammals (named for the mammary glands, or breasts) have breasts and produce milk to nourish their young. Rabbits are mammals, so they produce milk. The number of teats a mother rabbit has varies from 6-12 and the number of kits a rabbit produces in one litter varies as well depending on breed (Netherland Dwarfs may have only 1 or 2 kits in a litter while New Zealands may have upwards of 10 kits in a single litter), so the number of teats actually needed varies.

The rabbit breastfeeds by hovering over her young kits, which lay on their backs and scrabble for a teat. Kits often leave one teat and scrabble for another several times in one feeding. The mother rabbit generally weans her kits at 4-6 weeks (when it is difficult for them to lay on their backs underneath her to reach the teats).

If you are attempting to bottle-feed rabbit kits, keep the mother rabbit's method of feeding in mind. Hold the bunnies on their backs and keep them warm while feeding them.

Also consider not attempting to raise wild rabbits. Even when raised with domestic rabbits, they tend to be too wild to be kept as pets. When finally released back into the wild, they quickly become prey as the domestic rabbit foster mother cannot teach the young adopted wild bunnies how to hide or run from predators. It would be far more humane to leave the wild bunnies to die rather than attempting to save them.

A rabbit can make many sounds, such as squeak. My friend has a bunny and when I visited it, it had squeaked a lot when I met. It almost sounded like a shriek. I don't know if that is the same for your bunny, however I would be on the look out for any weird noises. Sometimes, the bunny my friend has whines, almost like a dog. Baby Rabbits Can Be Separated From Its Mother When 8 Weeks Have Passed,Or When It Starts Eating Regular Rabbit Food.
By about seven to eight weeks old a baby rabbit should be fully weaned and ready to be separated from its mother. However, do not start this process before at least four weeks of age. Up until then it's vital that they get the nutrition and immunity protection that their mother's milk provides. During the next few weeks the mother's milk will begin to dry up and she would naturally wean the baby herself. During this time the baby rabbit can gradually be introduced to adult food such as greens, vegetables, pellets, and hay.

Step 1: First you will need a dog that chases rabbits. Attach the dog to a lead and follow it as it chases the rabbit down the rabbit hole.

Now that you have established where the rabbit hole is keep this in mind for later.

Step 2: Take a bag of carrots (approx 8 carrots) and slice leangth ways into quatars.

Now go back to the rabbit hole with the carrots and start stabbing carrots into the ground every 3 or 4 feet in a line towards the fence. Outside the fence leave more carrots.

Step 3: Watch the Bait, as the rabbits leave the hole towards the pile of carrots outside the property sneak up with a spade and fill the rabbit hole with dirt.

Step 4: Step 4 is a bit tricky but by far the most important step. You will need to follow the dog around and catch some of his urine in a cup. Once you have the dogs urine poor this over the dirt on the rabbit hole. This will discourage the rabbits from coming back. Human urine will also work but the dogs urine will be much more effective :)

An angora is not just an angora, there are different breeds of angora. There are Fuzzy Lops (the least amount of combing required and smallest) to French Angora (also lower maintenance) to English Angora (high maintenance) and Giant Angora (also high maintenance and a large breed rabbit.)
