I have never read of any real benefits of drinking a glass of red wine while pregnant, so I personally would just say no. Why risk it if it does not have any obvious benefits. Some people say that having a glass of wine/beer ,whatever the beverage, can help you sleep if you have problems sleeping. But this cannot be true, alcohol can actually affect your sleeping and the quality of sleep will be poorer. Good luck.
