What are the possible universal remote codes for a Cisco 4640 cable box

Assuming you are asking about the universal couplings (joints) in the drive shaft, these joints are needed because the engine is fixed to the vehicle's chassis (frame) whereas the wheels are suspended from the chassis. This means that the wheels able to move relative to the engine and transmission, so there must be a mechanism that accomodates this movement. This is most commonly done with u-joints in the driveshaft on rear-wheel or four-wheel drive. On front-wheel drive, this is often done with CV-joints.

Without knowing the remote model number, I would do this: To do a brand code search for Sharp: Manually turn on the TV. Hold down the "TV" button on the remote....while holding it down also hold down the On/Off button on the remote for 3 seconds. Release both buttons. Press the number 6. The TV light on the remote should blink once. Press the On/Off button on the remote repeatedly until the TV turns off. When the TV turns off, press the STOP key on the remote to save the code. That should be it.

Code 1023 worked for an Insignia 22", 32" and 55".

Code 1023 also works for the Insignia 42" LCD 1080p, 120 Hz

(FYI - This code is not listed in the guide that A,T & T includes with its remotes)

You are absolutely buggered mate. No one at either ebuyer (who sell Vistrons) or Vistron themselves can be arsed to sort out this very common problem.

Press the button of what you want to program (cable,tv,or aux). Hold the set up button until your button of choice flashes twice.
