What is perifimbrial contrast loculation of the fallopian tube and How is it treated?
Left Fallopian Tube : fill and appears dilated and tortuous with loculated spillage s/o hydrosalpinx with per-fimbrial adhesions.
Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) is a medical diagnostic procedure that helps determine if the tubes a copen or blocked. It is done by inserting a dye inside the uterus. If the dye spills inside the fallopian tubes, the x-ray will show what is called free spillage meaning that the fallopian tubes is open. The spill could be loculated, which means that it collects in small puddles of dye. This indicates possible presence of peritubal adhesions on the outside of the fallopian tubes caused by scar tissue fuid up related to endometriosis, pelvic infection, fibroids, etc.
Even if the HSG is a very accurate procedure in determining if a fallopian tube is open, it cannot give any information about structures outside the tube that can possibly distort or affect the function of the tube.
Peritubal adhesions if suspected can be treated with surgery in some cases with success.
There are some alternative therapies that can be utilized to help break sown scar tissue caused by adhesions and help the healthy functioning of the tube. These therapies include, massage, castor oil packs, herbal medicine, herbal detox, herbal tampons, douching, homeopathy, acupuncture and enzymatic therapy.
What two events aid in venous return?
Venous blood does not have the relative advantage of high pressure that arteries have. Therefore, veins utilize two mechanisms to return the blood to the heart. First, veins have valves in them to keep the flow in one direction. This important especially when blood in the lower body must move upwards against gravity. Second, veins bone muscle contractions assist in pressuring the veins to move the blood along.
Who uses the urethra for reproductive system?
Male placental mammals use their urethra for both urination and reproduction.
The key male reproductive organs include the testes, epididymis, urethra, vas deferens, prostate gland, seminal vesicle, and penis.
The testes are composed of coiled structures called seminiferous tubules, which are the sites of sperm production. The structure on top of the seminiferous tubules in the testes is the epididymis. The sperm migrate from of the seminiferous tubules to the epididymis. Within the epididymis, the sperm mature while they are stored in this structure.
The ejaculation process begins as the penis fills with blood and becomes erect. With sufficient stimulation, mature sperm travel from the epididymis through the vas deferens, a muscular tube, which propels sperm forward through smooth muscle contractions. The sperm arrive first at the ampulla, where secretions from the seminal vesicle are added.
From the ampulla, seminal fluid is propelled forward through the ejaculatory ducts toward the urethra, passing first by the prostate gland, where a milky fluid is added to form semen. Finally, the semen is ejaculated through the far end of the urethra.

Why do animals lay thousand of egg?
Animals that lay lots of eggs do not look after the eggs or young once they are laid.
This means that vast number are subject to predation and only a few will survive to form the next generation. They also frequently all lay eggs together to minimize the chances that their eggs are the ones that all get eaten.
Animals that produce fewer offspring at any one time usually tend their young to ensure that they survive to adulthood.

If gays cannot reproduce why are there so many of them?
They could reproduce if they were to have sexual intercourse but because of their orientation they will not copulate with the opposite sex. This has no bearing on how many there are. Gay people come from persons of the opposite sex having intercourse, ie, heterosexuals.
This is because homosexuality is part of overall human sexuality. Most people are really bisexual, but heterosexism, still operating even though homophobia is fading, pushes most people to live hetrosexual lives and ignore their homosexual feelings. Most gay people lives are doing so because they are not bisexual enough to give in to heterosexism and lead heterosexual lives.
