The best way i find is to either wait it out or you can always de-thaw a mouse and put it near the snake and itll come looking for it. In my snakes cage i have a small skull that he loves to sit in, sometimes on feeding day i find him in there and he wont come out but i just take the skull out, out it into the feeding box and he comes out right away, or within a few minutes.
