if you die with a skull over your head (if you have attacked a player in the wilderness unprovoked in the last 30 minutes) then you drop all of your items, unless you have the "protect one item" prayer. This protects the item with the most "high level alchemy" value, as is with most other situations. If you are not 'skulled' you keep your 3 most "high level alchemy" valued items (plus the extra if using the protect item prayer).

However there are some "safe" minigames that let you keep all of your items upon death such as Castle Wars and Fist of Guthix. Hope this helps/helped!

You can obtain a "Guthix Book" (Book of Balance) by doing the quest "Horror From the Deep". With the completion of this quest you can choose any of the god books (damaged - Saradomin, Guthix, Zamorak, Armadyl, and Bandos). To complete the book and change it from "Damaged Book", to it's full form (Guthix - Book of Balance) you must obtain (you may buy) Guthix page 1, Guthix page 2, Guthix page 3, and Guthix page 4. One you have used all those pages with the book (only Guthix pages can go in the damaged Guthix book and no pages can be added twice or taken out of the book later) the book with be the full "Book of Balance" (better stats than the damaged book). After that book is complete... You may get another god book (damaged) from the guy upstairs in the lighthouse.

Also, if you ever died and lose your book, you may go back to the guy in the lighthouse (from the quest) and get your book back. Even if you have put pages in the book, when you get it back, the pages will still be in it.

To be honest with you, you shouldn't really lo-alch anything since it would be a waste of runes or/and cash spent on those runes, unless you make platebodies steel+ yourself, then low alch them.

There's really no way to speed up the process of levelling - it'll take hard work and determination to reach 99 Fishing. There are several different strategies that may or may not be beneficial to you, like:

-Catching on Salmon and Trout after level 30; until level 99.

-Fishing Tuna and Swordfish after level 45; until level 99.

-Using Daemonheim Dungeon's fishing areas; they are rich in EXP points.
