Mithril Dragons are found in the Ancient Cavern. You can only enter if you have started Barbarian Training. The entrance to the Ancient Cavern is south of the Barbarian Outpost near Baxtorian Falls. You can try killing rats in Lumbridge swamp if you can't afford food and armor but if you can it's a good idea to train at Barbarian Village between Varrock and Falador. The Barbarians have low defense but a fair amount of hp.

Do all the things you can't do as a non-member: train members-only skills, do members-only tasks, do members-only quests, participate in members-only activities. I suggest that one of the first things you do is enable lots of different teleports; this will make other tasks easier. For example, after getting to a certain point in the quest Fairy Tale II (you don't need to finish it), you get access to the Fairy Ring network, that can eventually take you to over 30 destinations all over RuneScape. Similarly, you may want to do the Grand Tree quest, to get access to the spirit tree network.

Spawn points for White Berries are in Isfadar and in the Red Dragon Isle in the deep wilderness.

Alternative ways to acquire White Berries are killing monsters such as Chaos Druids, Cave Crawlers or Hobgoblins.

White Berries can also be rewards from minigames such as Soul Wars or Mobilising Armies.
