Who told you that you need a sears card to shop there, you can go and shop. But if you want cool discounts an appliances , and stuff like that, you need to pay a mebership fee to get but when you get its all good.

Being Ex-Military myself I understand your frustration but I also understand that Wal-mart's prices are already very low anyway. Many products that Walmart carries are also available at Home Depot, and they do have a very generous military discount, but for some reason they do not advertise it.
