I constantly itch everywhere but the front part of my face, there is nothing noticably wrong until i start scratching, little bumps start to appear and my skin turns pink after i stop scratching the skin returns to normal color but the bumps stil remain for a while, sometimes longer. I've had chicken poxs and measles and as far as i know I'm not allergic to anything. I don't appear to have dry skin and i still itch after taking a bath/changing clothes/sheets and after making other hygenic efforts. Why am i so itchy? Please help!

Not at all...It is an auto immune disease which means it can be caused by disorders in the immunological system of your body and few cases can be hereditary too. The cause for this immunological change is still not clearly defined but stress ,excess alcohol consumption, viral infection, etc are found to be associated with it.

White, clumpy discharge with no itching can be a sign of a vaginal infection or perhaps a piece of toilet paper that has worked its way up into the vaginal canal and caused an irritation. It can also be caused by a hormonal imbalance. It can also be caused by an allergic reaction to some forms of birth control. Anytime it is white and clumpy, it should be checked by the doctor and cultured to be sure.

No, it is used as a beauty treatment in certain places in the world for much softer skin though I would do some research before taking my word for that, it may just be a certain type of slug that gives off the miracle slime.

Sulphur soap is indicated I would advise against it as borax is a skin irritant. If just a teaspoon is swallowed by a child, it will kill them. If they are lucky, then it would simply leave them with their skin peeling off. You do not want this stuff to absorb through the skin and into the bloodstream (which it does). If I had scabies I would use borax but I would be sure to wash it off after just a couple of minutes. Don't soak in it.

Try quell lotion for scabies. It's available over the counter at your local pharmacy. Elimite is another product that works. Good luck.

This is an extreme solution, But if all else fails try this. Take a very hot bath or shower. When you get out imediately douse yourself all over with alcohol. After a few of these showers you'll start seeing a differences. Yes it hurts, but its better than months of Itching. Have you ever heard of the seven year itch?

I believe it can be. I typed "Lexapro Rash" into google, and found many, many people claiming to have gotten a rash from the drug. I myself took lexapro for 3 days, and suddenly developed a rash that's covered ~3/4 of my upper body.

However, to argue the Lexapro side of the story, in their FDA expieriment, their were no cases of rashes in any of their subjects.

Either way, I believe that it can cause rashes, and that it's merely left to chance as to whether the person will develop a rash.
