The red oil light means you car is low on oil, or there is a problem and should be checked.
Instead of just checking Fuse 41, Front Wipers, try replacing Fuse 15, Headlight Cleaning System! (a small red 10amp fuse). Unfortunatley it took an expensive trip to the garage for me to find out this bit of misleading info in the owners handbook.
You will find the directions in your car manual.

Pour coolant,[anti freeze and water mix] in the large bottle on the left side of the engine, with , i think a blue lid.
This is called the expansion bottle , you dont need to touch the radiator

This should be mounted with 2 bolts on the top edge of the gearbox next to the engine where part of the flywheel should be exposed I believe
My Fabia estate has a orange sign which lights on switch on and goes out after car diagnostic check prior to engine start. The steering has an electric powered system. I would suggest if light remains on a fault in power steering and for safety sake get a Skoda dealer to check
on the windscreen on the passengers side :)

Ask Google for Skoda wiring diagrams and various sites give info on downloading. Haynes repair manual for Skoda Fabia quite good but do not contain all circuits for example heated seats.
Check the fuses first. Check the wiring near the door hinge.
My experience of owning one (2008 2.0 Elegance Estate), and talking to other owners is that the radio reception/sound quality is very poor. AM is awful, and FM suffers interference. Mine also suffers from a rattling noise from all 4 doors, which other people have also complained about.
Its on the end of the dashboard between the dashboard and the door. Put a screwdriver or something similar in the slot on the cover and lever it up at the rear then pull back to get the front tabs free. Replace rear first,slide back and push to close.
