Why can you get long term pain following anterior resection?
Long term pain following apparently successful surgeries isn't totally understood, but it's believed that the injured nerve pathways keep firing signals to the brain even after the injury is repaired. It's also important (as I found out the hard way) to never discount the possibility that the surgery wasn't performed as well as it could've been either. I've lost 10 years of my life to date in extreme pain because of the wrong belief that my first 2 spinal surgeries were done properly.
Injured nerves, even if they do heal, heal differently for each person. It depends entirely on your physical condition at the time, the extent of the injury, success of the repair, and subsequent therapy to regain use. All are variables in reducing the possibility of long term pain of any type.
It's important also to understand the psychological effect that pain has on us. In order to heal faster, we need to exercise the area of injury, and that in itself causes pain. The brain tells us to stop doing activity that causes the pain, but by doing so the healed area can't heal faster or properly. This is one reason why post-surgical patients are put into physical therapy as soon as they're able to do so. I myself, even knowing this fact, still have a difficult time forcing myself to do any physical activity that causes pain because of the extreme pain and trauma that I've been through over the years. The mental aspect of therapy cannot be underestimated.
Understanding your injury, repair, healing process, and the various therapies involved in recovery will help your body recover faster and hopefully in time reduce your pain. Since corrective surgery fixed the major cause of my pain 3 years ago, my pain levels are the lowest they've been in years, but nerve damage is likely to be permanent after so long. Still, I'm always encouraged by the fact that the pain is a lot less than it used to be, and that there's at least a chance they'll heal even more down the road.

Distinguish between mixing movements and propelling movements?
Mixing movements occur when smooth muscles in small segments of the tube contract rhythmically. Example: Full stomach and waves of muscular contractions move along its walls to mix food with digestive juices.
Propelling movements include a wavelike motion called peristalsis. Example: Ring of contraction appears in the wall of the tube. At the same time, the muscular wall ahead of the ring relaxes.

Why do you have a stomach ache after you take a shower?
It could be caused by water vapor filling up the stomach. If it's a long shower the increase in volume could be stretching your stomach to the point of causing discomfort. Also, if the shower is with hot water this effect would be amplified since the equation PV = nRT says the hotter the vapor the more pressure it will exert on the walls of a container (like your stomach).

Can you get stomach pains from eating cooked spinach?
Some people are sensitive to certain foods, whether eaten cooked or raw. Sometimes taking Digestive/Digestion Enzymes can assist with the digestion of foods, but you won't know how beneficial the enzymes will be until you try them. I ONLY trust whole food based supplements, including enzymes. Forget the synthetic stuff. While some people are greatly helped by these enzymes, they were not much help for me.
The best thing to do is to either consume that food (if healthy) in small quantities, or not eat it at all. Sometimes, when I really want a certain food that may not set well with my stomach, I will eat a safe food first, then a little bit of the food that doesn't set well with my stomach, and then finish with a safe food. This "sandwich" approach allows me to eat certain foods I love, but cause me stomach issues (indigestion, heartburn, reflux). I don't do this often, but every now and then I get TIRED of being limited to such a small number of foods that don't hurt my stomach and want to eat something I truly enjoy.
It can be extremely frustrating to be limited to so few foods that don't hurt your stomach, or create other digestive issues, but it is best to stick with the most healthy foods available that you can eat easily.
I have learned, some hard lessons along this journey of digestion woes. While I had absolutely NONE of the risk factors, I developed C-DIFF, and ended up in the hospital for four days. Afterward I conducted research online and found a study by NIH that indicated the use of PPIs could create a risk for C-DIFF. Makes sense, we need our stomach acid to kill the bad bacteria in the food we eat. When the stomach acid is so drastically reduced by the PPI pills, the bad bacteria are allowed to continue through the stomach and into the intestines where they can begin to multiply. After awhile, the bad bacteria can grow to the point they outnumber the good bacteria and C-DIFF can develop. If you know anything about C-DIFF, it is an awful experience, and can be fatal if not brought under control/eliminated.
So, based on my personal experience, and the study of NIH (and now there are new studies being released that basically say the same), I believe that we need to take control, as much as possible, of the digestive problems through what we eat and drink, and any other lifestyle habits that would impact our health (e.g., smoking, excessive stress).
I have found that my stomach has been doing better since switching to cooking withOUT any seasonings or spices. I have also found that I am beginning to love the taste of vegetables plain, steamed for 5 to 8 minutes. It has been an expensive journey, to try so many different foods and cooking methods (and tools), but the time and expense has been worth it to discover what works well for me and helps my stomach and digestive system to settle down and begin to heal. I don't remember the author, but as someone said, "Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food." I use medications minimally to help me get over any hurdles, then try to heal and maintain health through natural means of healthy eating and lifestyle.
What health issues can cause movement on the left side of a woman's stomach?
Pregnancy Irritable Bowel Syndrome
nonsense i dint know the answer
You need to be checked for appendicitis The above answer is a good one, but also colon problems (spastic colon) can cause this as well as bacteria or parasites. It's best to see your doctor and they will give you something to take a stool sample in and off to the lab. It may also be a nervous stomach or an inflamed duodenum or, simply trapped gas. Still, see your doctor.
