Where is the outside temp sensor on a subaru forester 2007

Bought a used 2005 Impreza and the key that came with the car started it fine but it would not open the door, trunk or glove box. We assumed it was a valet key but it was not. Took that only key to a locksmith and he made 2 new ones for us using the only one we had for his sample. Before my son and I left his parking lot we tried the new keys. To my amazement both the keys that he just made opened and worked on every system on the car. We were fine with that and shelved the original key that came with the car. Not sure how that would even work but it did. This is not much of an answer but wanted to share the story.

If it is shaking while you are driving, it could be a number of things. Because subarus are all wheel drive, having different sized tires on the front and back will make the car shake, as well as ruin your transmition. It could also be a wheel bearing. The rack and pinion may have to be replaced. Also, check to see if your CV joints are in good condition. You may even have to have your wheel aligned. Try troubleshooting with your repair manual.

The Blue and Gold is from the famous Subaru rally car. The rally team won a total of 6 championship's from 1995-2003.

The best bet is call a parts store and ask them if they show/stock a replacement part, or parts. I have seen them located in the main fuse block housing ( electrical bosch style)under the hood and also I have seen unit's that are threaded in the bottom of the radiator.

What type of oil would you suggest for a 2006 Subaru Impreza 2.5i, with 70k miles? Also, can you switch to Synthetic mix at this point.? The type of oil for the first 66k is unknown.

Take it to your closest auto parts store (If it is a 1995 or later) and they can run a diagnostics on it and tell you exactly what is wrong. The service is also free of charge.

I have had a few timing belts break on them and all I did was replace the belt and idler gear and the car fired and ran like normal. I believe that they are not based on my experience. I have had that happen about 4 times. Hope that helps.
