What are the rules for supercross racing?
Bmx believe it or not is a non contact sport, alowing you to only 'cut people on the burms off'. By using your back tires, you can clip there frount tire to make them either brake or un-clip(in some cases they fall off their bike). You will be disquailified if you put your elbow out and touch either the rider and or their bike. You have to complete all straites of the track and if you fall off and wanting to continue, you must ride the whole track. If you fall of and midical assistance comes in hand, you can ask them to help you but as soon as they touch you or your bike, you are classed as a DNF (did not finish). If you don't want help, shake your head and they will not touch you alowing you to complete the race and get the amount of points depending on the position you cross the line on.

"my friend has a Honda 250r with alot of after market parts you cant put another aftermarket part on it and it goes 95 to 99 mph they are very junk quads"
"First off, a crf 250r is a motorcycle and not a quad. Second, unless you own one or have personal experience with one, you shouldn't post your opinion. I own a 2004 CRF 250R with stock sprockets and I have had it going 60+ mph. If you put on a smaller rear sprocket, you would go faster. The stock sprocket is a 51 tooth and you can get aftermarket as low as a 48 tooth which would likely increase your top speed by about 8-10 mph. (maybe more)"
But the Trx model is a ATV its called a trx 250r look it up
Read the question, it asks the speed of a stock CRF 250R, which is a motorcycle, it says nothing about a TRX. Good thing you people know how to read.
The typical linkage suspension found on large motocross bikes increase the amount of shock travel versus wheel travel as the rear wheel moves through the stroke. In other words, the shock travels more at the end of the travel than at the beginning. This additional movement increase the damping and spring rate to counter bottoming.
Why do Suzuki RM100 dirt bikes bog down?
1) The spark plug/plug wire or cap/coil are failing.
2) Your hi speed jet is clogged, or float isn't functioning all the way
3) The cdi/points depending on bike type needs replaced
Trouble shoot these one at a time and you'll get there.
Which is safer quads or dirt bikes?
dirtbikes are much safer.
Answeryes but if you flip a quad they are much heavier and more awkward to flip back ove r i have been pinned down by a quad before and had to wait for some one to come flip it over for me dirtbikes are much lighter and you dont have to takes a class to ride one.
AnswerAlso dirt bikes you can get away from but you are less likely to wreck if you follow the manual... (slopes, terrain, etc.) dirt bikes are more balance and sometimes faster, but you can get away from the dirt bike other than its competetor the quad which you can be crushed under.
AnswerDirt bikes are safer then quads. There are many reasons for this, but the main one is:
Matters how you ride it
AnswerWhat is safer to ride or crash? Dirtbikes are much safer to crash, they dont run you over, are much lighter, and less likely to flip. On the other hand you are less likely to crash on a quad. The quad won't come out from under you, and has better grip in poor conditions. It is a trade off depending on where/how you ride. Whatever you get don't skimp on safety gear... Even $10k of safety gear is cheaper than a minor surgery, let alone a major injury or death. Helmet, goggles, chest protector, boots, gloves, neck brace is the LEAST you should wear EVERY ride.
In motocross racing there is not a set amount of laps it is asmany laps you can do in the set time (A race is normally between 20-40 minutes depending on how old you are etc)
How fast does a ltz Suzuki quad go?
My guess is it would go the fastest if driven off a very tall cliff. Given that a human being tucked into a tight ball has a terminal velocity of around 200mph, I think the 86 suzuki 250r quadracer would probably hit 160-180mph during its decent if the cliff is tall enough.
88mph stock and with mods like pipes and cherry bombs can almost hit 100mph.
Why is your motocross carburetor flooding?
Backfiring is an indication of lean mixture (not enough gas). First thing to do is make sure you don't have any leaks in the exhaust system at the head pipe or the muffler joint that could be pulling in cool air and contributing to the back firing. Second thing is you want to make sure the air jet passages in the back of the carb are clean and the pilot jet is not partially blocked. Third is, assuming step 1 and 2 are ok, put in some fresh high octane gas and richen up the pilot jet.
