It depends what sort of cheat it is. If it's for an item, you go to the communication icon (the heart in the top left-hand corner) and then go to "Special". Then put in the code. Or if it's one of the logout codes to give you money, you go to the same icon, and then "PC".

you need to get a shell to go to work. it usually comes in a gift/envelope.
It was an option, if your car has it, the contorl for the timer is located on the left side of the steering wheel by the interior lights switch. It should be labeled "Twilight Sentinal". Moving this slider either way will make the lights turn off automatically. When the key is taken out they will either turn off quickly or stay on for approx 3mins (according to the owners manuel)

AnswerI am not sure if this is the same problem, but my 95 regal had what I would call a "surging" or stuttering problem...This was supposedly caused by a spark plug wire shorting out at the boot thus causing a missfire...
