(meaning they are REALLY fat I just didn't want to say it because its really rude) and the girls eat about 1500 to 2000 calories a day and the guys eat about 2000 to 2500 a day. And also they exercise not only 3 to 4 hours a day but maybe even up to 6 to 7 hours a day. (obviously not all at once) they maybe run for an hour before breakfast then exercise between breakfast and lunch, then right before lunch exercise for another hour and so on and so forth.
