if you have it on PC activate a quest with a location then use cheat "movetoqt" and your at the quest target

Close to the place you appear in the testing hall is a green-tinted doorway that leads to 'Hawkhaven'. Fast travel is enabled from there, so you can simply fast travel to any part of the map you wish.

in the room with the conjurer adept (once you're in the fort, of course), the room with the note on the table to the other conjurers, there is a handle on the floor kind of to the left of that table. activate it and the nearby gate will open. in hat gate there is another handle that you turn so that the gates and the drawbridges lift and come down so you can get into the next room. go back to the room that had the frost atronach in it (well, that's what it had for me. it's the places with a higher and lower level and the higher one is made up of thin walkway-things). from there, you can go across the drawbridges. then, you should come a room with 12 pressure pad things on the floor. there are four rows of three pads. on the first row, step on the one on the left. on the second row, step on the one in the middle. for the third, step on the one on the right and on the fourth and final row, step on the one and the left. I'll do i little diagram, 'cause I'm a kind guy. the squares with the stars on are the ones to step on.

i figured it out because the ones that you're meant to step on don't click when you do so. in the next room, there's some jail cells. the first one has only a skeleton in it and the next one has a prisoner. he'll tell you things and when you ask him to help you, he says he's too weak and runs off. there are some conjurers in here, so take them out. go into the next room and there will be a bunch of conjurers. why not take them out, too? there will be some steps going up to an altar or something, but at the bottom of those steps (right in front of you when you first enter the room), there are four statues facing random directions. carry on turning the handles on their backs until they are all facing the middle. (there is an arrow on the floor in the middle. they should all be facing that.) step onto the arrow and after a few seconds, all the lights will go out and a hole will open in the wall pretty much straight ahead of you. in the next room, there will be an altar. step on the pad in front of it and look around. one of the (around) 10 statues bordering the room will have a floating object in front of it. instead of letting you remember which objects they are and where they're at, I'll just be generous and draw you another diagram. oh how wonderful i am. this show which statues the object are at and you can just put the objects in the boxes in front of each statues as you get them. I'll repeat; you have to put each object in the box that is in front of the correct statue. the spawn chest is the altar.

No, you can only level up with your major skills, minor skills will only give you extra points in your attributes when you level up.

Had this exact problem, lemme guess: you put the 2nd disk in, it takes you to the download screen, you install both of the expansions, you put the 1st disk back in, then you play the game only to find that you never hear about the little island in niben bay, and the prophet outside anvil. Solution is simple...you need a hard drive larger than the default hard drive on the xbox arcade. DOES NOT WORK ON THE ARCADE

no theres not, but there are cool cloning glitches i have used before when i had a ps3. only works if you havent had any patches though. look into it its not hard to find

There's one where you can duplicate items. 1. Get multiple scrolls of the same type(can't be stolen) 2. Figure out an item you want to duplicate 3. Double Click the scrolls, then go to the item you want to duplicate and drop it 4. It should Duplicate into how ever many scrolls you have. I.E. if you have 5 scrolls and drop an item you will drop 5 of that item 5 Repeat to your hearts content P.S. Only works on things that are possible to get 2 of

After press the Print Screen button, the captured image goes to your PAM. U should goto MS Paint or any other graphic editors and Press CTRL+V immediately, then save the image…

Also ecommend u try PCHand Screen Capture, it could help u capture anything on the screen. Besides, it offers a build-in editor with which u can edit and enhance the captured images. Im using it, it is easy to use, even for a Novice. I think it's pretty good ...Hope it could help...

Well, oblivion used to be rated "T" for Teen, but was soon changed. The main reason for this change was because the ESRB rating checkers only played the game on the Xbox360 platform. They decided that the Ps3 and the PC were them same. They were wrong. Well they were wrong for at least the PC versoin. In almost all PC game there are "mods" and "add-ons" that players of the game make themselves. Most of these mods were harmless, but of course someone has to make a "inappropriate" one. This mod would make women appear to be "topless". Once the ESRB was notified of this, they immidiatly revieved the game on the PC and rendured it "M". They also had to change the rating on the Console game, to fit with ESRB standards. Now on the box of every game it says "Mature, M 17+. Blood and gore, SEXUAL THEMES, language, use of alchol, and violence. Once the "sexual themes" was added, all gaming retialers were forced to remard the game Oblivion.

Yes, like many games, Oblivions "creatures" will re-spawn after a set amount of time. Several in-game days, hours, etc. This includes many "unnamed" NPCs, such as Bandits.

Here are some pretty cool cheats that i like to use.

Get on the console and type in tgm. It will make you invincible, which means never dying, never losing mana or fatigue, having infinite arrows, and being able to cast any spell, even if the mana cost is 100000000.

Also, you can type in coc testinghall for a large room full of many doors. Each door has something different( Some doors are not accessible). One door has all armors in the game, another has all weapons, another has all clothes etc. The doors also contain all furniture and things such as forks, pitchers and cups.

Also, you can unlock or lock doors by pressing the console button, and before typing unlock, click the door or container and it should say in white letters at the top, whatever that item is. Then type unlock to unlock it or lock to lock it. To lock it with a certain lock level, type a number after you type lock ( Lock 100)

To kill a character instantly (Which is a little cheap considering you are invincible already) press the console button, click on the character and type kill. Don't do this to yourself or you will die.

For all spells, type psb.

In Skyrim you can either take them from a person you have killed or more commonly they are found as random loot, usually in caves where a lot of necromancers live. They can also be crafted with the lightning attractor in the Soul Cairn (Dawnguard DLC), can be found from geode veins in Blackreach and can be purchased from Enthir in Winterhold and Falion in Morthal.

go to the imperial city distroct and go to the arena. Become a combatant and keep fighting until you are grand champion. it took me atleast a day before i became grand champion at lvl 4 and i made about 6750 gold pieces. now i have a house with the works and some other good stuff

you can get an ebony sword by doing a Shrine Quest for the WebSpinner. And it is pretty easy.

Although it is not really an ebony sword. It does not share the appearance of any normal ebony weapon. It resembles the sword goldbrand accept it has a black handle, and a silver blade. I believe it's enchantments are Silence and Drain Magika.

I would suggest finding an immortal(aka quest person) and just beat on him 'till he's dead, wait for him to resurrect, and continue the beatdown :P hope I helped!

there are soul trap spells you can purchase, cast the spell on an enemy and kill them while the spell is still active, but you need to have a soul gem in your inventory to hold the souls you capture. There are also soul trap staffs if you are too sucky to use the spells.

This may be a simple fix.... Ford door and trunk locks are notorius for "freezing up". Buy a can of lithium spray grease, insert the stem that comes with the can into the lock, and spray the lock with the lithium grease lubricant. This may free it up. You should lubricate the locks on your doors and trunk at least once a year. Note: This will also work on the locks to your house. It keeps them operating smoothly. If that doesn't work, perhaps you don't have the correct key for the trunk. Many Ford vehicles require one key for the doors and a different key for the trunk.
