"In the summer of 1943 Canaris met secretly with Stuart Menzies, Chief of British Intelligence, and William J. Donovan, head of the Office of Strategic Services, at Santander, Spain. Canaris presented Menzies and Donovan with his peace plan: a cease fire in the West, Hitler to be eliminated or handed over, and continuation of the War in the East. But though Donovan, Menzies and Canaris reached an agreement on the basis of Canaris' proposal, President Roosevelt flatly declined to negotiate with 'these East German Junkers' and called his presumptuous OSS chief to heel. Canaris' peace offer was rejected .." Louis Bulow www.canaris.dk I don't know if this would classify as confirmed definitively, however I think the evidence is pretty overwhelming that Canaris was in contact with MI6 and other intelligence agencies throughout the war. A most unsung hero of WW2 who was brave and heroic to the end.

There's a lot of gossip out there saying they are a couple, but that is far from the truth. Tony is a friend and mentor only, shes like a little sister to him.

If you mean romantically, I highly doubt it. Danica's boyfriend is fellow Nascar driver, Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
He got the nickname 'Smoke' because of how "fast" he drives (i.e. he is a fast NASCAR driver). It comes from him leaving behind "smoke" as he "burns" past you. ANSWER It all started in Sprint cars clear back in 1991 when he was running USAC. He wasn't very good about not slipping the right rear tire, initially. It started as 'Smoker,' then was shortened to Smoke .After he went to the IRL (Indy Racing League) it was 'Smoke' because one of the guys on the crew who was his roommate, and knew the nickname, carried it over to the Indy car team.
when he drove sprint cars he was always smoking the right rear tire coming of the corners

You do not have the right to receive an autograph from a celebrity on demand.
It is a privilege the are free to refuse as they see fit.
Tony Stewart just happens to be one of those celebrities who isn't fan friendly and doesn't want to take time out from his time at the track to sign even a single autograph. In fact, he is pretty rude about it too. I watched him not only refuse to sign an autograph, but very loudly showed he was annoyed by the request.
