well you role the dice and you get a three then you only count the outside numbers which are 2 so the dice is 2 instead of 3 now if you role a 5 you only count the outside again because the game is called PETALS around the rose.So that answer would be 4 and if you role a 6 its nothing zero same with 2 1 or 4 anyway after you count all the numbers on your dice you have to add up all those number and there is your answer (game is usaully supposed to be played with 5-6 dice) goodbye
