If you mean what I think you mean, then you mean Female-to-Male, right? Transgendered men do not have semen. As a matter of fact, genital reconstruction for FTMs is still rather primitive. But no, transgender men have no sperm, and in case you are wondering, transgender women have no eggs. Once a transgendered person undergoes surgery to become themselves, their reproductive system does not work anymore. But advances in technology may someday grant us ovaries for MTFs and working testes for FTMs.

Define real. A "she-male" is most often a person born with both male parts and xy chromosomes; the person either has breast implants or gets hormones to grow breasts and reduce male characteristics (beard etc), in defining a she-male most cases they do not have genital reconstruction surgery so they still have a penis (and in some cases it still works like normal) so, no they are not a female. You are probably mistaking a she-male for a transgendered woman (not to be confused with a transsexual woman). The word female should never be used after the word transgender. They are women but can never be female. Being female means having XX chromosomes and a vagina.

A transgender person is anyone who is gender variant. Such a person may live as the other sex and never get corrective surgery, or they may consider themselves as part of a continuum, where they are not completely one or the other. There is controversy about whether this includes those born with transsexualism who get the surgery and seek to eliminate it. The transgender and LGBT lobby says they are, because that would be politically convenient and artificially inflate their numbers, all while colonizing a group of people who have views they feel are inconvenient for them. As for those who call themselves transsexuals, they are divided. Some have no problem with being called transgender, while others still claim they have more in common with cisgender people than transgender or LGBT folks. So transgender is mostly a political label.

A transsexual person was born with one set of male or female parts and often gets surgery on these to closely duplicate the organs of the opposite sex. They are a 'real' woman, nature just didn't give them parts to match their brain. They do not wish to be both or in between, they want to be one or the other. Transsexual persons never choose to be anything, it's something in their heads generally from birth.

There are also intersexed persons who's birth sex organs were ambivalent or both (rare) and some have mixed sex chromosomes: some have XXY some XYY, some XXYY, a few are just X or Y. Science is learning that sex is more than parts or chromosomes or eve sex and chromosomes, or even sex AND chromosomes; the central nervous system also plays heavily into sex. Gender is more than parts also; it's been used synonymmous to sex, but for clarity it is more related to social role than physical sex.

Well wether you are reffering to why is a son or daughter of yours is trans, or why they are in the world in general (sorry can't exactly tell in your question), it is just something people are born with. It was orriginally considered to be a "birth defect," cuz that's technically what it is, but we don't call it that anymore, cuz it's very rude to say that to someone. It's not their fault. They can't help it. You are either born trans, or your not. And if you are, you can't not be trans, because it's who you are. All you can do is choose to not try and be the opposite gender. But that will never stop the fact that trans will always feel trapped inside the wrong gender. So if you happen to know a trans, wether you agree with their life style or not, you should at least be respectful. Don't hate someone for being who they are. I'm not saying you need to be their friend, but show a little respect so all can live life in a comfortable way.

Mostly the same you find regular friends. Perhaps they would be harder to find in person, unless you go to a big city, but you can find many online as well. A "man" can never become a "woman." A person gets the surgery to correct their genitals because they are already a woman inside. They were a woman inside all along and never had the identity nor neurology of a man. The surgery doesn't make a "man" into a "woman." It only gives someone who deeply believes they were always a woman what they feel are the parts they should have always had.

How does it feel? That depends on which point you are asking about. If you mean during surgery, they don't feel anything. They are under anesthesia while the doctor performs surgery. Immediately after surgery, the patient likely feels groggy from the anesthesia and quite uncomfortable. They may feel like they have to urinate when they don't. The pain may intensify until maybe day 3 or 4 when it is its worst. Maybe around day 5 or so, there will be some relief when the surgeon removes some of the packing. The area will be quite sore for a while. The area may be numb in places for a while too, and feeling should increase with time. The amount of normal feeling that returns depends on the surgery and the patient. Then the patient will have to dilate using a stint, and that can be a little sore to do for a while. If you mean how sex feels, that is hard to quantify since you cannot compare between persons, but many say it feels "natural" or "right for the first time."

There are four genders: straight males which have a masculine (left-brain) perspective, gay males who have a feminine (right-brain) perspective, straight females with their feminine perspective, and lesbian females, women who have a masculine perspective. Note that perspective is highly variable and can range from barely perceptible to over-the-top obvious, as in macho guys. So, for example, a lesbian might be so extremely butch that it is obvious, or she might be so slightly lesbian that no one can tell unless she reveals her same-sex attraction to someone. Boys who like to cross dress are called cross dressers and are in most cases straight, intelligent and family oriented.

Which Bible, which translation, which language, which book? In general it says nothing. If you want to find evidence that God is against something, look in the Old Testament and the last New Testament books. If you want to know how God feels, read the Gospels. In my Methodist church, we believe that all races, ages, economic levels, families, singles, genders, orientations and sizes are accepted (All are welcome at the table) based on the Gospels as a near literal reading.

To me the heart of the Bible is about your personal relationship with your Creator and your personal relationship with other people. That we aren't here for our own edification, we are here to serve and teach the others in our lives.

You should consider someone as whatever gender they choose to identify themselves as. If someone who was born a woman identifies as a male, you should consider them a male whether or not they have had gender reassignment surgery.

Sex change is not permissible of the person has complete male or female sexual organs. However it is allowed if you carry both male and female sexual organs (Hermaphrodite). What Islam says about Transsexuals is that it will be very difficult to tell men from women before the return of Christ. So in summary its wrong and unheard of unless you have a medical condition.

The answer is NO! Homosexual falls in the category of sexual orientation, i.e., what gender does an individual prefer to have sex with. Transvestite is one of many terms in the category of 'gender identity', i.e., which sex do you perceive yourself to be in your brain/mind. Other terms that fall into gender identity are crossdresser and transsexual. Sexual orientation and gender identity are independent things -- and often confused.

They feel tired of living a lie. Society demands that they behave one way, when inside they are naturally different. It's hard to live a lie without becoming depressed, so the best thing for them to do to truly be happy is to transgend.

Trans people find themselves with age. Most know by about puberty. Being trans is never a bad thing, so it honestly doesn't matter.
