Nothing bad happens, it's just that women's multivitamins have a balance of vitamins in them designed for women (i.e slightly more iron etc...). But the vitamins that women need are not significantly different to those that men require.

If you are a cross dresser do not be worried or embarrassed. The main problem you may have is that this is not something people in many contemporary cultures understand. It may be sadly necessary for you to not be open about this because of this misunderstanding.

There is big a difference between a cross dresser/tranvestite (this word comes from trans "across" and vestment "clothing") and a transsexual, someone who strongly identifies as the opposite sex physically, and would like their body to be physically changed to that sex. If you mean what I think you mean, then you mean Female-to-Male, right? Transgendered men do not have semen. As a matter of fact, genital reconstruction for FTMs is still rather primitive. But no, transgender men have no sperm, and in case you are wondering, transgender women have no eggs. Once a transgendered person undergoes surgery to become themselves, their reproductive system does not work anymore. But advances in technology may someday grant us ovaries for MTFs and working testes for FTMs.

Define real. A "she-male" is most often a person born with both male parts and xy chromosomes; the person either has breast implants or gets hormones to grow breasts and reduce male characteristics (beard etc), in defining a she-male most cases they do not have genital reconstruction surgery so they still have a penis (and in some cases it still works like normal) so, no they are not a female. You are probably mistaking a she-male for a transgendered woman (not to be confused with a transsexual woman). The word female should never be used after the word transgender. They are women but can never be female. Being female means having XX chromosomes and a vagina.

Well wether you are reffering to why is a son or daughter of yours is trans, or why they are in the world in general (sorry can't exactly tell in your question), it is just something people are born with. It was orriginally considered to be a "birth defect," cuz that's technically what it is, but we don't call it that anymore, cuz it's very rude to say that to someone. It's not their fault. They can't help it. You are either born trans, or your not. And if you are, you can't not be trans, because it's who you are. All you can do is choose to not try and be the opposite gender. But that will never stop the fact that trans will always feel trapped inside the wrong gender. So if you happen to know a trans, wether you agree with their life style or not, you should at least be respectful. Don't hate someone for being who they are. I'm not saying you need to be their friend, but show a little respect so all can live life in a comfortable way.

Mostly the same you find regular friends. Perhaps they would be harder to find in person, unless you go to a big city, but you can find many online as well. A "man" can never become a "woman." A person gets the surgery to correct their genitals because they are already a woman inside. They were a woman inside all along and never had the identity nor neurology of a man. The surgery doesn't make a "man" into a "woman." It only gives someone who deeply believes they were always a woman what they feel are the parts they should have always had.

How does it feel? That depends on which point you are asking about. If you mean during surgery, they don't feel anything. They are under anesthesia while the doctor performs surgery. Immediately after surgery, the patient likely feels groggy from the anesthesia and quite uncomfortable. They may feel like they have to urinate when they don't. The pain may intensify until maybe day 3 or 4 when it is its worst. Maybe around day 5 or so, there will be some relief when the surgeon removes some of the packing. The area will be quite sore for a while. The area may be numb in places for a while too, and feeling should increase with time. The amount of normal feeling that returns depends on the surgery and the patient. Then the patient will have to dilate using a stint, and that can be a little sore to do for a while. If you mean how sex feels, that is hard to quantify since you cannot compare between persons, but many say it feels "natural" or "right for the first time."
