Is it safe to go to Nuevo Laredo Mexico and get a tubal reversal?
I wouldn't. Mexico is known for doing surgeries for cheap, but cheaper surgeries tend to be a little less safe or reliable. Stick to American surgeons, even if they cost a little more.

AnswerI am very happy to hear of a reduced cost in Saint John Canada as I live about an hour and a half from there and this could really be a possibility for me now. You have given me such hope and I am looking for further information about the doctor and hospital where you have the surgery done. I haven`t found much information on line and I would greatly appreciate whatever information that you have. thank you so much for giving me hope for an affordable tubal reversal as well as a close to home surgery. Thank you. AnswerFor what it's worth, tubal reversals are not always successful. Some women do get pregnant after a tubal ligation, it is referred to as an ectopic pregnancy. I think that your only option if you can't afford the reversal and really want a baby is probably adoption. AnswerEptopic pregnancies aren't what you have after having a tubal reversed. Eptopic pregnancies are when the fertilized egg doesn't go into the uterus and implants itself in the fallopian tube. This happens occasionally in women and it can happen in women with a tubal. It isn't what you would have after having the tubal reversed. If it is successfully reversed, you would have normal pregnancies. But if you can't afford to pay for the reversal, then you won't be able to conceive on your own. And if you can't afford to do that, you may not be able to afford your other options for having a baby. There may be a possibility of having another women carry your baby. You could take your egg and your partners sperm and implant it into the other women. She would carry the baby to term and then give the baby to you. It is also possible to use just your partners sperm or just your egg and do the same basic thing. Or adoption. With these options you may be able to get some help financially, but I wouldn't know how you would go about looking into getting it. I hope this helps answer your question and good luck with whatever you choose to do. * Please note: "if you can't afford to pay for the reversal, then you won't be able to conceive on your own" The body has a natural tendency to heal itself over time. Whether or not it happens is out of our hands. If you really want a baby, PRAY. AnswerIf I'm being corrected, I didn't say that Ectopic pregnancies are what you have after having a tubal reversed, I said that they are what you have when you get pregnant and it hasn't been reversed... I said tubal ligation. AnswerIf you can't afford a reversal, chances are that you can't afford an adoption either. My reversal cost me $3500 and was successful as I'm due in 5 weeks! AnswerWhere did you get the tubal reversal for 3500.00>>>??? AnswerYeah! Were did you get a reversal for $3,500.00 AnswerHello Ladies I just got my reversal and it was only 3 weeks ago....When I had my tubes clamped I prayed for a miracle... I really... did but...... nothing. My reversal here in Canada was 1500 for the doctors costs and 635 dollars for the day surgery but the hospital bills you and so does the anesthesiologist . The anesthesiologist charges 150 pre half hour and they bill you as well and you can make payments so that's great 50 bucks a month to the hospital and post dated checks and pay them off and there ya go.....I pray that who ever has had a tubal and gets pregnant it's a good one not a tub preg......Maybe what I have wrote here will help you girls Just to let you know my operation and doctor are through St John New Brunswick Canada. Even if you live in the US you can still come here and get this done. Great Luck to AllWhat is the doctors name and the hospital you had this done at? Anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated....

How many years does a clamp stay on after a tubal ligestion?
After a tubal ligation, the clamp used stays on for the rest of a woman's life. There is a chance that this procedure can be reversed in some cases. A medical professional will be able to diagnose any problems with the tubal clamp.
Does health insurance cover any cost for a reverse tubal ligation procedure?
you cannot get it reversed
How do you have a baby after your tubes have been tied burned and cut?
The chances of a reversal working are very slim. I had a friend whose reversal was fairly new and her baby died so she wanted another baby. She had the reversal done, but it didn't work. Your option is most likely an adoption. Go see a doctor about this.
i got my tubes tied in 2000 after my sixth child and they didnt give me any papers stating my tubes where tied but i know they where couse i have a scar right by my belly button where the procedure was done
Can clipped tubes be reversed?
Yes clipped tubes can be reversed. The procedure is called a tubal ligation reversal and the pregnancy rate is very good. The following is a short list as to why patients have chosen tubal reversal over the alternative treatment of IVF.
What is an endemetrial ablasion?

Will amerigroup insurance in TN pay for tubal reversal?
Most insurance carriers that are public or government funded will NOT pay for a tubal. It is considered a vanity expense or non medical and therefore you will have to pay out of pocket for it your self. Many sterilizations are also considered vanity or not medically necessary and many insurance companies deny claims. Makes no sense to me since a pack of birth control pills are about 60 dollars a month and after you take that for 12 months a year for let's say 20 years, that's way more than the cost of a tubal ligation is.
You can call your doctor and get the CPT code and then call the insurance company and give them that and find out if it is covered and if it is, what the riders are for getting it done.
A cat that works at the Donald Trump Removal website (DTR.org), and wears pink pajamas with white polka-dots to bed every night except Thursdays, then it just goes around town and does random stuff, of course, it does this in it's black leather suit and flys. Oh, and it loves this website.
My mothers (key word, lol) were tied, but not clipped and burnt. They can come un-done, medically and naturally, although not very common.
Can i reverse tublication to get pregaant again?
A recent study (the Collaborative Review of Sterilization, or CREST, study) looked at 10,000 women who had undergone tubal ligation and found 143 failures (a failure rate of 1.4 percent). It can be higher when a tubal is done at the time of a C-section. The failure rate also tends to increase the longer it has been since one had a tubal ligation. The U.S. Collaborative Review of Sterilization (CREST) found the failure rate for tubal ligation (all occlusion methods) to be 1.85% after 10 years.

If you cannot afford a tubal reversal what are your options?
There are many cases of women having normal (uterine) pregnancies after having their tubes tied, while their tubes are STILL tied. An ectopic pregnancy, is a pregnancy within the fallopian tube-this can happen to a woman who does, or does not, have her tubes tied, as well as a woman who have never been pregnant before or who has had normal pregnancies in the past.
However, woman who have had a tubal ligation reversed are at higher risk for ectopic pregnancies as her fallopian tubes will have scarring and may not be as 'free-flowing' as before the tubal ligation. This risk is especially high immediately following the reversal (for up to 60 days, while healing), as the tubes themselves are swollen due to the recent procedure. However, it is not as high of a risk as some believe. Many women go on to have a normal pregnancy.
Many doctors recommend performing reliable birth control methods during this time to lessen the risk of ectopic pregnancy,as ectopic pregnancies can irreversibly damage the fallopian tube and if left undetected cause death.
Invitro fertilization is possible also, but it is more expensive. Tubal reversals can cost 5-7,000 and cycles are much pricier with the fertilization. There is also a charge for EACH cycle.
Is there a reason your Dr told you to wait 6 weeks after your tubal and section?
Waiting 6 weeks has nothing to do with the tubal. After a tubal you can have intercourse and be protected right away. Its the C-Section that you need to wait 6 weeks at least for because your body needs to heal. Its no different after you have had a baby vaginally. You still have to wait at least 6 weeks. Hope that helps.
