When you are typing and want the cross line to be there there's a button up the top that has the letters ABC with a line through it. You just click it and you can type with the line through it .

Basically on your blog settings there is a portion about the ask box. If you click you blog name on the top of the dashboard, and then on the right hand side click 'Blog Settings' then you can scroll down to the 'ASK' portion of the settings and it will give you the option to "Allow anonymous questions." Just tick this box, then save your settings at the bottom of the page.

Tumblr will only send you email messages if you choose to receive them. You can do this on your settings page, which you can find by clicking on the 'settings' link at the top of your dashboard. You can choose to have Tumblr send you an email when you gain a new follower, when a person reblogs one of your posts, and more!

It looks as if xstillfly is currently using a customized theme. This means that somebody personally created the theme, and it isn't available in the Tumblr theme garden. Although this theme isn't publicly available, you might try contacting the user and asking if they'd be willing to share the code for their theme so you may using it.
