I wouldn't say in this theory that it was "crooked cops". If it indeed was it would be more of a government operation that aimed to end the gang scene that plagued/plagues America and for the better good of America as it would reduce national and international threat by promoting peace and unity to fight against the evil forces that surround the western world and evil/ anti-unity that resides in our nation. The notion of crooked cops is anti-American, uneducated, racist in a sense that the true goal (at least in the modern world) is for all of the country, all races to be unified and fight "the good fight" against communist Russia and it's proxy war allies, basically the nations that are against us that believe in separation of races and following the rules that they wish to apply. You shouldn't have hatred for a country that promotes the well being of your race (The US and Europe)

The greatest rapper ever is now Eminem. IT did used to be Tupac a few years ago and back, but now to this date Eminem has sold more albums than him, over 90 million worldwide and is in the Guinness Book of World Records as the fastest selling music artist of all time. He also more popular and know all around the world. Hes won many, many awards in his career including an academy award in 2003 for best soundtrack of the year. What also makes him so great is that hes only had 5 official major albums and he is already sold more than other rappers who been in it for over 15 years and got around 10 albums. A lot of people may not agree simply for mental acceptance but if they look at it with a clear view they'll know and maybe already know hes the greatest just don't want to accept it.*THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT* TUPAC IS ONLY REALLY FAMOUS AND CONSIDERED THE BEST SIMPLY BECAUSE HE DIED YOUNG WHILE HE WAS ON TOP OF HIS GAME. Tupac had two different groups during his musical carrer (Thug Life & The Outlawz). I will break down both of the crews:
Thug Life: This group was formed by Tupac with a number of his friends, including Big Syke, Macadoshis, his stepbrother Mopreme Shakur, and Rated R. The group released their only album (Thug Life: Volume 1) on September 26, 1994, which went gold.
The Outlawz: (Quoting from Wikipedia.com): " In the earlier years of the Outlawz, they were known as Dramacydal. Dramacydal first appeared on the B-side of Tupac Shakur's 1993 single Holler If Ya Hear Me, the track "Flex". Dramacydal was composed of K-Dog who later became Kastro, Young Hollywood who later became Yaki Kadafi, Mutah or Mu who later became Napoleon, Big Malik who later became E.D.I. Mean . They also appeared on 2Pac's Me Against The Worldand All Eyez on Me albums. They were also known as "Thoro Headz" and "Young Thugz". "
