Symptoms of urinary tract problems include frequent urination, excessive urination at night, painful or burning urination, weak urination, blood in the urine, or incontinence (involuntary loss of urine).

On rare occasion, strong spices might cause your urine to burn, but more than likely, strong spices would cause the feces to burn or cause you to urinate more frequently.

You don't need tools or devices.

The exercises are very effective. However, the various exerciser tools are no more effective than exercising the muscles without them. The tools add no value, only more cost.

The tools usually are squeezed between the legs at the upper thighs in women. Some look like mini Thigh Masters that you open and close by squeezing and releasing. In exercising those larger muscles using the tools, you also exercise the other smaller muscles that are the ones involved.

You can work out the specific muscles of the pelvic floor just by tightening and releasing the muscles that you use when you clamp down to stop urinating or to "hold it in". Repeating this exercise several times a day with multiple repetitions can quickly eliminate the stress incontinence. Another method is to sit on the toilet and start a urine stream and then clamp down and stop it, repeat with start:stop, start:stop to exercise the same muscles.
