What are the best kegel exercise tools or devices?

You might experiment with 'ben-wa' balls.

Check out KegelCoach (Google it). It's great for lazy people like me who want to have some guidance. It's like a simple video game to make your pubo muscle stronger. It works.

Women can try a great product called The Stimuli Climaxer. In my opinion it's the best quality around, and is pretty well priced.

Also Google an exercise pad for men called The KegelPad. I've found it's very effective to strengthen my PC muscles.

You don't need tools or devices.

The exercises are very effective. However, the various exerciser tools are no more effective than exercising the muscles without them. The tools add no value, only more cost.

The tools usually are squeezed between the legs at the upper thighs in women. Some look like mini Thigh Masters that you open and close by squeezing and releasing. In exercising those larger muscles using the tools, you also exercise the other smaller muscles that are the ones involved.

You can work out the specific muscles of the pelvic floor just by tightening and releasing the muscles that you use when you clamp down to stop urinating or to "hold it in". Repeating this exercise several times a day with multiple repetitions can quickly eliminate the stress incontinence. Another method is to sit on the toilet and start a urine stream and then clamp down and stop it, repeat with start:stop, start:stop to exercise the same muscles.

Why is it that a person that gives a kidney to someone else can survive with one kidney but the other needs two?

The person recieving the kidney does not normally require two, so long as the donated kidney is working fully. Usually a "kidney transplant recipient" just means that they've gained one extra kidney (since the originals are not normally removed) - this is the standard procedure. However a transplanted kidney has a life of about ten - 15 years, which means that eventually they may need to be transplanted again.

What causes bladder explosion?

The bladder explosion occurs if you hold your urine for more than 7 hours because the urine overfills the bladder. It's like a balloon that gets too much air. The longer you hold, the higher the risk of bladder explosion will be.

Where can a sphincter be found in the urinary system also what is its function?

A sphincter is a circular band of muscle tissue that, when contracted, cuts off the flow of material from one place to another. There are two urinary sphincters, one at the base of the bladder and one at the pelvic canal along the urethra. The purpose of both sphincters is to prevent urinary leakage.

What is the function of the ureter?

The ureters (you have two) are ducts (tubes) that connect each kidney to the bladder. The urine flows from the kidneys to the urinary bladder through the ureters to be stored until the bladder is ready to discharge its contents through the urethra. They are about 10 to 12 inches in length and the urine moves downward by gravity and peristalsis (waves of contractions). The ureters enter the urinary bladder at an angle to help prevent any back flow (reflux) of urine back into the ureter. matve
