What is the world's most powerful rocket propelled grenade launcher?
The Milkor M32 MGL could be considered the most powerful handheld grenade launcher.
The United States developed the most powerful grenade launcher in history in the late 1950's as part of the program that was engineering the Davy Crockett Weapon System (the M-28 or M-29 and M-388 selectable yield nuclear projectile--nominal yield of .001 to .002 kilotons). The Davy Crockett was euphemistically called the Nuclear Hand Grenade, but weighing in at over 51 pounds each, was hardly manageable by one person. A three man crew was needed for firing the M-388 in either of its configurations. The M-28 was a 102mm, tripod mounted, crew transportable, recoiless rifle with a 2 km range. The M-29 was a 155mm launcher mounted on a tripod or vehicle with a range of 4 km.
Production began in 1956 and 2,100 weapons systems were produced. The weapon was tested twice at the Nevada Nuclear Test Site. On 7 July 1962 a static test of the M-388 wast conducted with the device suspended at three feet. On 17 July (with then US Attorney General Robert Kennedy watching), the M-28 fired a round 1.7 miles for detonation. These were the last above ground nuclear tests conducted by the US. Troops also trained with M-101 Spotter Rounds (non-nuclear) at the Pohakuloa Training Area in Hawaii.
Units were deployed with Davy Crockett systems from 1961 to 1971 (only until 1967 in West Germany). The only remaining examples of this weapons system in existence are in the following museums.

Can someone have no citizenship?
Yes. I heard that people can renounce their US citizenship legally. I do not think that many people have done it, but it's possible. Yes, you can have no citizenship. This usually occurs when you or your country decides to revoke your citizenship. In that case you become "A person without a country"! In practice, renouncing your U.S. citizenship without being a citizen of another country is difficult. During the 1950s and 1960s quite a few people tried it, including the mathematician John Nash (the movie A Beautiful Mind is based loosely on his life.) Nash would go to the American Embassy in Switzerland or France and renounce his citizenship, becasue he didn't approve of US politics, expecially nuclear arms. In some instances he was jailed, and in all cases he was deported back to the U.S., on a new passport issued by the U.S. embassy at the host country's request. The world is not really set up to have citizens who are countryless, unless you are a political refugee. There are many stateless persons in the world. The most common reason for being stateless is that one has been arbitrarily stripped (deprived) of citizenship by a dictatorship. If stateless persons give birth to children then they too may be stateless, unless they are born in a country where the country of birth confers citizenship, as in the U.S. (and more generally in the Americas). In Europe, for example, children take the citizenship of their parent(s). In some countries, stateless persons who have the status of refugees, enjoy some international protection from their country of residence, which can also issue them with a 'stateless person's passport'. However, being stateless is an unenviable status.

How many years do you serve in the army?
There used to be the option to serve two years of Active Duty (one of my roommates while I was in did a two year enlistment), although I believe that's no longer an option. Three, four, and six year contracts are available, and each reenlistment is typically for four more years, until you get to a point where you have an 'indefinite' enlistment (meaning you'll be eligible for retirement).
Retirement is usually 20 years... it may be more, dependent on what rank you achieve, your position, etc, or it may be less, for instances where the military is being reduced in size, and some senior officers and NCOs are offered early retirement in order to achieve this.
When you enlist in the Army, you have an eight year Mandatory Service Obligation. You may enlist on a four year contract, but, after your ETS date, you will be placed into the Individual Ready Reserve (unless you reenlist, go into a different branch of service, or join a reserve component, such as the Army Reserve or National Guard), during which time, you may be subject to be called back into service. You are not required to attend drill events or anything of that sort while you are on IRR, however.
