Not sure what you mean by 'upgrade' - if you mean change your phone to a new one - then no. Pre-paid phones are usually yours for life. Contract phones on the other hand - can usually be upgraded towards the end of your contract period. Or are you talking about upgrading from a pre-paid service to contract - keeping the same phone - which is possible after a credit-check.
