Mr. Sydney Clarke of Caribbean Trading, NA, Inc. opened the bank accounts with the used of Ms. Flor Lat Villapando's authority for him to open the bank account.The Pre-advice was done by Tokyo Mitsubishi Bank three times, one with PNC NA Bank, Fleet Bank and Chemical Bank in New Jersey upon which the banks readily closed the account because of the magnitude of the money. Upon hearing this incident, representatives of Wells Fargo Bank, Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers etc. went to Japan to participate in receiving these funds.
