Grain Vodka is what they have used to distill and make the vodka.

A distilled beverage, liquor, or spirit is a drinkable liquid containing ethanol that is produced by distilling, i.e. concentrating by distillation, the alcohol and other compounds produced by fermented grain, fruit, or vegetables. This excludes undistilled fermented beverages such as beer, wine, and hard cider.

The term spirit refers to a distilled beverage that contains no added sugar and has at least 20% ABV. Popular spirits include brandy, fruit brandy (also known as eau-de-vie / Schnapps), gin, rum, tequila, vodka, and whisky.

You can pack alcohol in your checked luggage on domestic flights. For international flights, you are subject to the laws and regulations of both the departing and arriving countries. Some countries, like Saudi Arabia, forbid alcohol, and it is illegal to bring any alcohol in any quantity, in any way, into the country. Most countries, such as the USA, have restrictions on how much alcohol you are permitted to bring into the country duty free, or at all. Some countries, like Canada, require you to posses an import license to bring in alcohol in larger quantities.

In terms of alcohol in your carry-on bags, the overriding concern tends not to be that it is alcohol, but that it is a liquid. You may not carry any bottle or container of liquid on to a commercial flight that holds more than 100 ml, or 3.4 ounces of liquid, except:

• the bottle was purchased in the security zone of the airport you are departing from;
• the liquid is baby formula, milk, or juice for an infant and you are traveling with an infant; or
• the liquid is a prescription medication and the the name of the patient on the prescription label matches the name of the traveler.

Additionally, some alcohol (specifically anything with an alcohol content of 70% or more by volume) qualifies as a flammable liquid and is prohibited. This would include 95% grain alcohol (Everclear) and 151 proof rum. For alcohol that is at least 24% and less than 70% by volume, you may check up to 5 liters in the original, unopened retail packaging. Alcohol containing less than 24% is not regulated.

It depends on where and how you bring the alcohol on the plane. The FAA has specific rules about carrying alcohol on airplanes.

Always check with your airline before bringing alcohol on a plane. Generally, alcohol, if packaged originally, will be allowed in checked baggage, but it is not usually allowed in carry-on luggage.

ANSWER:

The amount of alcohol that a person can consume before becoming drunk is affected by several different factors. The first of which is 'size and weight' (but in my opinion, this isn't as large a factor as most people think.) Other factors are your natural tolerance level, your mood/mind frame at the time of consumption, and your conditioned tolerance level (how much and how often you have drank over the years). So in short, it is on an individual basis.

And another answer would be that there is never enough. If drunkeness is what a person seeks in the jug, it is easy to find, few go there for that purpose. Escape from real problems, escape from pain, real or imagined is often a drtving force. An escape into oblivion is often better then a single glimpse at reality. Looking into the mirror at reality takes courage that no booze and no drug can substitute for. Some can seek and find an escape in an ounce, others may need a pint or more. It is not how much is needed to get drunk, it is always a question of is there enough available to escape.
